Customer Reviews

We had a fantastic experience vacationing in Paris and would not hesitate staying in this apartment again. We really felt at home and settled in very easily. The apartment was located in a perfect location and had everything that we wanted very close at hand.
Enjoyed Most:
The size and location. It was a one-bedroom that had a good-sized bedroom, living area and separate kitchen. It was very roomy and we did not feel cramped at all. The apartment was very centrally located, lots of great shops and restaurants very close by. There was a metro station very close by and the RER was 3 blocks away, which made getting to the airport very easy.
Enjoyed Least:
The two flights of stairs leading up to the apartment. Keeping in mind, though, that really the only time that it bothered us was taking our luggage up and down. This is really a small complaint as it was only when we arrived and when we left. We are also aware that most places in Europe do not have lifts.
Surrounding Area:
Everything that we needed was very close by: grocery store, great restaurants, shopping, metro station and still within walking distance to many of the main sights of Paris.
Tips or Restaurants:
The apartment was fairly well-equipped and we found that we had everything that we needed. The best restaurants we found we on a little side street just behind the apartment on Rue Tiquetonne.
We had no problem finding the property. We used the train system but since we did not know exactly where on Rue Sebastopol the apartment was located we did not get off at the closest stop.

Enjoyed Most:
The apartment was very comfortable. I enjoyed the decorating, large windows, amount of light.
Enjoyed Least:
The couch fold-out bed was in a difficult position in the living room, and blocked access to the front door and toilet. Also, the couch bed had sheets, but no blankets. We made do with a sleeping bag and duvet cover we found in the closet. We had some difficulty with having enough hot water for showers.
Surrounding Area:
I was a bit concerned about some of the night life that occurred nearby.
Nearby Events or Locales:
I was pleased that there was a Monoprix and supermarche nearby our apartment.
Tips or Restaurants:
I was pleasantly surprised that the apartment was so well furnished. I appreciated the salt, sugar, tea, etc. that was already in the apartment.
We used the service from Rentvillas that provided for a driver from the airport. That was very helpful. I fear that we would have had trouble finding the apartment without his help.
