Just ten minutes from Amalfi, with a bus stop within walking distance, the accommodation is well-equipped and has two private terraces for lounging and dining. Visit the charming town of Ravello or head into sophisticated Positano.
Location Description

This semi-detached house is located on the edge of the ancient hamlet of Vettica. It is 3.5 kilometers from the town of Amalfi, known for its winding streets, hidden squares, fragrant gardens and white houses built into to the cliffs. Amalfi is a town that dates back to the 6th century and was once an important trading center with historical and medieval architecture throughout the town. The main sites include the Duomo, the cathedral of Sant' Andrea, which dates back to the 11th century, and the Cloister of Paradise. There is also a museum dedicated to the works of Morelli and a museum where you can view artifacts of Amalfi's long and interesting history. Of course you’ll also find a good selection of shops, restaurants, and markets, as well as a pharmacy and post office.

Please Note: While the Amalfi Coast is beautiful and charming, it is also steep, with many uphill and downhill stairs and walkways. In general, it is an area that is not kind to those of us with knee or mobility issues. This should be considered before booking a property in this area.

Nearby Attractions: During the summer months, there are daily ferries leaving from Amalfi to Capri, Positano, Sorrento, and Naples, although there are always buses connecting the towns along the Amalfi Coast.Two well-known local restaurants are situated just 50 meters from the house.

There are 88 stone steps from the street level to the main entrance of the building which gives access onto an internal courtyard. From the small yard, approx. 25 more steps takes guests to the front door of the split level, semi-detached house. From within, there is access to a large, private terrace. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning and is furnished with two sun loungers, a dining table and chairs, and the barbecue.
Interior Description
(80 m2/861 ft2) First Floor: The main door opens onto the hallway which leads into the open plan living and dining room. Furnished with a sofa, armchair, a flat-screen satellite TV, an air conditioning/heating unit, and a dining table for six people, the room has three large windows facing the sea. One side of the living room gives access to the kitchen, which is well-equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, Italian-style coffee maker, American coffee maker, the washing machine, and a bar table with two stools.
Loft/Mezzanine: 10 steps up from the kitchen is the loft/mezzanine level which leads to a small bathroom (an additional two steps) with a shower as well as the apartment’s large terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside and sea.
Bedroom Level: From the living room is another set of ten stone stairs, which lead a hallway with the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed (160 cm), and an air conditioning/heating unit. It has direct access to another furnished terrace through a French door. The second bedroom, painted in green, has a set of twin beds (90 cm) and an air conditioning/heating unit. The third bedroom has a single French bed (140 cm), and an air conditioning/heating unit. On this floor is a large bathroom with a shower.
