Customer Reviews

Overall:
We had a lovely stay and made lots of beautiful memories as a family! The pool, the kitchen, the locals, it really was an amazing place to holiday!
Enjoyed Most:
The house was absolutely beautiful!
Surrounding Area:
There were so many lovely places to visit! Positano and Capri were amazing and well worth a visit, but just relaxing at the villa was equally as rewarding.
Nearby Events or Locales:
There was a tiny town 2 minutes walk up the road with a lovely little family owned restaurant. The supermarket was a short drive away. So everything we needed was very accessible.
Tips or Restaurants:
Swimmers are a must!
Directions:
A GPS was essential.
Check In Out:
It was flawless!

Overall:
We had a lovely family holiday
Enjoyed Most:
It had a sense of calmness.
Enjoyed Least:
We found pasta and cans of tomato as a gift and some salt, but had to purchase soap, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper.
Surrounding Area:
We had a lovely day in Positano, another in Sorrento we hired a boat for the day and went to Capri
Nearby Events or Locales:
There was an Italian Restaurant La Torre within walking distance and a small convenience store a short drive away..there was a supermarket 10 minutes drive away.
Tips or Restaurants:
Just La Torre ...who were really helpful when at about midnight a courier rang about some lost luggage ...my son-in-law raced down to the restaurant and they kindly interpreted for us.
Directions:
We did use GPS but people should download a map application that doesn't rely on internet which is problematic in that part of the world... some car's GPS didn't take the address... let's just say it was an adventure getting there and our marriage survived the experience!
Check In Out:
The check In/Check Out went well, the key holder gave us some directions on the phone and spoke good English, the cleaner and pizza people didn't which resulted in some funny experiences ... lovely people!!

Overall:
We were a group of 10 and we really enjoyed our stay. The villa is beautifully appointed.
Enjoyed Most:
The view and the kitchen.
Enjoyed Least:
Cold shower in one of the bathrooms. The electric entrance gate was permanently closed for 4 hours due to a storm. Editor's Note: The property manager sent a repair person immediately and the gate was repaired. November, 2015.
Surrounding Area:
We loved Sorrento and just walking around.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Massa Lubrense. It was a fairly far walk.
Tips or Restaurants:
Bring your walking shoes! And take the bus to Sorrento from Massa Lubrense; 1.50 EURO each way.
Directions:
We used a GPS.
Check In Out:
Check in and check out was great.

Overall:
The property exceeded my expectations, the house was loved! The sheets were beautiful, the plates and wine glass all lovely, making it even more of a pleasure to use. The owner left us a welcome basket, essentials for our first night - pasta, salt and pepper, garlic tomatoes and wine!
Enjoyed Most:
The location was perfect for our family gathering, everyone had beautiful rooms - the outdoor space and gardens were beautifully kept. The kitchen was great - we cooked most meals at night, sourcing fabulous ingredients from the nearby villages and towns.
Surrounding Area:
The village Annuniazata was just beautiful: 1 restaurant, a small shop for essentials, a lovely cul-de-sac were people gathered for sunset drinks taking in the magnificent view.
Nearby Events or Locales:
We were part of a village - easy! The next and bigger town was a 5 -10 minute drive
Tips or Restaurants:
I would always recommend a to hire a car. The beaches are to be explored and all a drive away.
Directions:
We had a GPS but it didn't recognize the name of the street given as the address. Luckily the village was small and it was easy to spot.
Check In Out:
Eva, our key holder was fabulous. Always available through our week if we had any questions or bookings to make.
