Located in the Balagne region on Corsica, this recently refurbished, large villa is situated between the towns of Calvi and Porto, near the Scandola Natural Reserve. Although completely modernized in 2001, the villa has retained its period charm and stays cool in summer thanks to four original thick walls. It enjoys a unique beachfront setting and is surrounded by 5 hectares of fragrant wild scrub land called maquis and on one side, by a landscaped garden. Just 100 m from the villa there is a small, quiet restaurant. The Calvi airport is 20 km away.
InteriorDescription
(470m2) Three floors. Ground floor: There are two living rooms that open onto the terrace, the beach, and the garden. There is a large fireplace. The smaller of the two living rooms has a mezzanine here there is a standard double bed and en suite bathroom shower. The kitchen (30m2) features built-in appliances washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. Just off the kitchen there is a single bedroom and bathroom designed as staff quarters. First floor: There are four standard double bedrooms which all enjoy a sea view. Three of the bedrooms have direct access to a beautiful terrace. There are three bathrooms two with tubs, one with shower. Second floor: There are three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a master bedroom. There is one bathroom, and two twin-bedded rooms. The amenities include: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, CD player, TV, and Ping-Pong table. Extra amenities for which there is an additional cost: maid service, cook service, boat rentals, bike rentals, and scooter rentals. With regard to the cook service, it is possible to request in advance half or full-board from the nearby restaurant. The client would then phone the restaurant in the morning to order from the menu. The food can be delivered, or the client can pick it up. The restaurant serves traditional French food, as well as fresh fish and typical Coriscan cuisine.

Security Deposit
- Upon arrival at the property you are required to pay to the property representative a security deposit payable by cashier's check or bank check. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. The listed security deposit is: 3,000 USD

- If available, telephone is extra and charged according to consumption.
- Mandatory daily maid service fee of: 50 EUR

- Extra maid service is usually available upon request and is paid locally.
- Clients are expected to depart the property by 9:00 am, unless otherwise indicated.
- If available, cook service must be arranged at least two months prior to arrival and is subject to the availability of the cook.
- CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO GIVE A PHOTOCOPY OF THEIR PASSPORT TO THE LOCAL MANAGER WHEN THEY ARRIVE AT THE PROPERTY.
