ExteriorDescription
The Parsonage was built in 1852 and stands in its own parkland next to the church surrounded by open countryside, 1 mile from North Tuddenham. The accommodation has been recently refurbished to provide a high quality venue for family gatherings. It is easily accessed from the A47, 1/2 mile away. Norwich is a 20 minute drive and the North Norfolk coast is 35 minutes away. There is a pub in the village and also one in Mattishall village which is 1 mile away. The Parsonage is set in idyllic surroundings and has grounds covering 12 1/2 acres. There are large areas of lawn interspersed with mature shrubs and trees including oak, copper beech, chestnut, maple and yew. The grounds (not completely enclosed) also include a child's football area, a west facing terrace, ideal for summer barbecues and a pond (this has been fenced making it childproof). The Rectory has its own wood: a pathway marked by an avenue of yews lead to clearing planted with bluebells, foxgloves and primroses which make ideal picnic spots. There is table tennis in the Coach House and an all weather tennis court in the grounds. On the neighbours farmland, Kimblewick Stables and Livery offers lessons for adults and children all year round. Clay and game shooting can be arranged with prior notice, as can fishing.
InteriorDescription
Ground floor: There is a large entrance hall, a kitchen, breakfast room, utility room, wc, dining room, and sitting room.
First Floor: An elegant oak staircase leads to the master double bedroom with 5' bed and en suite shower room with large walk in shower and wc. There are also 2 double bedrooms with 5' beds and 1 twin bedroom. There is a bathroom with spray attachment and wc, shower room with wc.
Second Floor: Stairs lead to 2 twin attic bedrooms with full size 3' beds (better suited to children as there are sloping ceilings).
Annexe: Access via separate steep staircase from utility room to double bedroom with 5' bed and en suite bathroom and wc.

Extra Services:
Dinner delivery service and chef service by arrangement.There are 3 extra children's guest beds available (for an extra cost).Please Note:Sorry no dogs, smokers, hen or stag parties. Minimum 7 nights, Saturday - Saturday from 10th July to 4th September.

Security Deposit
- No security deposit or cleaning fee is required. However, the client will be liable for any extra charges incurred during the stay, or accidental damages to the property.
Additional Expenses
- If available, telephone charges are extra. Payphones installed in the properties accept 10p pieces. International and operator calls are not possible.
Other Notes
- Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome in most cottages but must be under proper control at all times. No pets other than dogs are permitted.
- One baby bed and one high chair is available on request for which there is no extra charge
- Extra maid service is usually available upon request and is paid locally
- All utilities are included in the rental price
- If you arrive outside of the acceptable arrival times you may be charged a late arrival fee
- Departures must take place before 10 am.
- If available, cook service must be arranged at least two months prior to arrival and is subject to the availability of the cook.
