This beautifully renovated Tuscany accommodation on the same estate offers very comfortable furnishings, easy accessibility for day trips, great attention to detail, and many convenient services. The property is located in Montopoli in Val d'Arno, a hamlet in the Pisa area of Tuscany. The nearest small village is Capanne, which has a supermarket, some small grocers, a pharmacy, restaurants, a post office, and a gas station. The nearest large town is Pontedera, which offers supermarkets, shops, gas stations, pharmacies, a hospital, post offices, restaurants, cafes, and movie theatres. In addition, the Versilian coast is less than an hour's drive away. The property is just off of the Fi-Pi-Li (Florence, Pisa, Livorno) Autostrada, which connects Pisa and Florence.

There are 5 separate structures on the estate that have been renovated and refurbished into high quality villa rentals. Dolce and Gabbana is an independent villa that can be rented as a whole or divided into two independent apartments (Dolce; Gabbana), each sleeping 8 people. There is a separate annex (Soprani) nearby which sleeps 4. The beautiful swimming pool, equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas and chaises, is shared by the villa and annex. Vast green spaces and vineyards surround the house. The property enjoys a tranquil spot with magnificent views. There is a private parking area. Other apartments on the same estate are: Krizia, Versace, Missoni and Max Mara (same building; share a pool); Valentino, Armani, and Prada (same building share a pool with Gucci); Gucci (separate building).

InteriorDescription

(500m2) Villa (Dolce and Gabbana): Two floors.
Ground floor: There is a large living room with fireplace with a Satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system. The dining room has seating for up to 18 people. The adjacent kitchen has a large refrigerator, a large gas cook top with 6 burners, an electric oven, a microwave, and dishwasher. There is a second dining room with seating for 12 and access to a patio with barbecue. The ground floor bedrooms include two twin-bedded rooms, one with an en suite bathroom (with tub and fixed shower head) and the other with a bathroom (with tub and fixed shower head) across the hall. There is a double bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom with shower.
First floor: There is a large living room with fireplace and a studio with a telephone, fax machine and Internet connection (you must bring your own laptop). The bedrooms on this floor include: 2 twin-bedded rooms, one with an en suite bathroom (tub with fixed shower head), and the other with a bathroom (tub with fixed shower head) across the hall. There are also three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with showers.

(110 m2) Annex (Soprani):
Ground floor: There is a large sitting room with a Satellite TV, stereo system, DVD, large kitchen (with 4-burners cook top, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher, and American-style coffee maker), and a guest bathroom with a sink and WC. First floor: There is a studio with a telephone, fax machine and Internet connection (you must bring your own laptop), a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub and handheld shower head, a twin-bedded room with an en suite bathroom with shower. Outside there is a large patios with table, sun umbrella and chairs. Under the annex is an independent laundry room with two washing machines and a dryer, which serves both the villa and the annex.

Available Amenities: Swimming pool (open from the first Saturday of May until the last Saturday of October), fax line, HSDL Internet connection, telephone (charged according to usage), Satellite TV, dishwasher, air conditioning, central heating, barbecue, hairdryer in each bathroom, stereo, CD and DVD player, iron and ironing board, electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, American-style coffee pot, electric tea kettle, private parking, shared washing machine and dryer. Maid service is included once a week for stays over one week with a change of bed linen and cleaning of the house.
Extra Services:

There is an extra charge for long distance calls.

To access the internet, guests pay an initial $15 and receive an access code that is valid for the duration of their stay; internet usage is then recorded by a meter, and guests pay the accumulated usage charge at the end of their stay.

Cook service (€30/hour + the cost of food and beverages), grocery shopping service, babysitter, wine tasting opportunities (minimum of six people; €15/person), day trips to local health spas, bike tours and walking tours (with an English-speaking guide), and maid service (€20/hour) are all available upon request.

A baby bed and high chair are available upon request.

Pool towels are available on request for 9 euros per towel per week.

It is also possible to rent bikes on the property.
