This unique villa, which houses three beautiful Spain coastal rental apartments, is in a quiet location, yet it is a 5-10 minute drive to Estepona Port (many restaurants, bars, supermarket/shops, ATM). The town of Estepona is a relatively non-touristy Spanish seaside town, a refreshing change from Benidorm or Torremolinos. Founded 500 years ago, it is filled with charm and narrow winding streets, plazas, a pedestrian street, a small covered market, and lots of local shops, bars and restaurants. From the apartments is a 10-15 minute walk to a beach and restaurants. There is regular bus service to local towns, including Puerto Banus and Marbella. There is also a reasonably-priced taxi service.

The typically Andalucian terracotta villa contains three separate vacation rental apartments, all with sea views. The building, not overlooked by other properties, is built on a slope, creating various levels. The villa is part of a residential community. It is set amidst a half-acre garden with an 8m shared pool, which is heated October 1 – April 30 (mandatory extra cost of 50 Euros per week payable locally). There are two quiet areas to sit and relax: the Moroccan Terrace and the Viewing Area. The first has afternoon shade; the second has the best sea views. There is free on-street parking available. There is a fourth apartment which is occupied by the owners, who are available for questions and advice and to ensure the smooth running of the villa.
InteriorDescription
(125m2 – includes terraces) Upper level: accessed via the upper gate with 5 steps and a 30 meter walk. This spacious apartment has a southwest-facing living/dining room with sea views. There is a private sunny terrace with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. The separate fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, gas cook top, electric oven, microwave, and refrigerator. The large master bedroom with a queen-size bed (180cm x 190 cm) has a dressing area and an en suite bathroom with a tub, shower, two sinks, bidet and WC. It also has a second terrace overlooking the pool and sea. The second bedroom has twin beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm) that can be made into a queen-size bed (180 cm x 200). This bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, sink and WC. There is also an extra fold-out bed (suitable for a child) which can be placed in either bedroom at an extra charge.

Available Amenities: Shared: pool for the three apartments (heated October 1 – April 30 for mandatory weekly fee of 50 euros), table tennis, dartboard, washing machine. In each apartment: dishwasher, gas cook top, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, juicer, hairdryer, ceiling fans, foot spa, gas barbeque, cable TV/Video, DVD player, CD/radio, pool towels, radiators/heaters, small Welcome Pack upon arrival. There are libraries of DVDs, videos, CDs, and books that can be borrowed at no charge. The linens and towels are changed weekly.
Extra Services: Airport pick-up (with supermarket stop) and return – Malaga (220 Euros) or Gibraltar (155 Euros); initial supermarket stocking (36 Euros + cost of food); child care and baby sitting by qualified professionals (13 Euros per hour; maid service (11 Euros per hour); travel baby bed/playpen (30 Euros); wireless internet connection for clients traveling with laptop computers (6 euros per week); extra fold-out bed (85 Euros/week).
Nearby Attractions: There are excellent golf courses, tennis, water sports, horseback riding, fishing, walking, go-karting, para-gliding and even pool. Traditional bullfighting can be seen at the bull ring. A casino is located 20 minutes away and there are organized trips to watch the dolphins at play off Gibraltar. Arrangements can be made for day trips by bus to Granada, Ronda, Cordoba, Gibraltar, Seville and even Morocco. Selwo Wildlife Adventure Park is 10 minutes from town.

Security Deposit
- Upon arrival at the property you are required to pay to the property representative a security deposit payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. The listed security deposit is: 200 EUR
Additional Expenses
- Minimum final cleaning charge: 75 EUR
- If available, telephone is extra and charged according to consumption.
- Internet access is available for the weekly rate of: 6 EUR
- Clients arriving before or after the acceptable arrival times or checking out after the acceptable departure time, will be charged a fee of: 50 EUR
Other Notes
- Extra maid service is usually available upon request and is paid locally.
- Departures must take place before 10:00 am.
- If available, cook service must be arranged at least two months prior to arrival and is subject to the availability of the cook.
- CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO GIVE A PHOTOCOPY OF THEIR PASSPORT TO THE LOCAL MANAGER WHEN THEY ARRIVE AT THE PROPERTY.

Definitely bring/buy mosquito repellent! The La Minourah Restaurant is outstanding and within walking distance.

Overall:
The villa is wonderful in every way. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the property is meticulously maintained. The villa is quite spacious and has amazing sweeping views of the Mediterranean. The owner and host is very friendly and helpful and goes out his way to be helpful and accommodating -- it is like staying with friends!
Enjoyed Most:
The grounds are gorgeous. The views are astounding. The villa is very spacious. The villa is very well-stocked with just about everything you could think of needing. It is tastefully furnished and has a very light, relaxed feel. It is also in a great location on the Costa del Sol -- you can take day trips everywhere.
Unpleasant Surprises:
The only thing I would mention is that it's not really in a walking area. Which is fine, but if you are thinking you want to walk around to things close by, it's not really situated in such a way. You pretty much need to drive everywhere.
Surrounding Area:
We took day trips all over the Costa del Sol. Places we visited Estepona, Marbella, Casares, Mijas, Nerja, Granada, Ronda, Gibraltar, Jerez de la Frontera, and even spent a day in Tangier, Morocco! It was a very full and fun-filled week!

Estepona. Not walking distance, but a 10 minute drive.

I just want Rentvillas to know how much we loved our place in Estepona.
Enjoyed Most:
The apartment was spotless, well equipped and spacious. The owners were so gracious and helpful in all areas, from providing us with staples to get started and a bottle of Cava to celebrate our arrival to drawing us little maps so we could find hiking places in the area. We loved their gardens and pool area and have already recommended this place to many of our friends.
