Brittany (or Bretagne) is a unique area of France, in culture, history, and legends. Reputed to be the place of Arthurian legends, it has roots in Celtic culture which tie it to England across the channel. Remaining independent until the sixteenth century, it has a certain detachment from the rest of the nation-- while at the same time remaining intrinsically French. The coastline of Brittany, where this villa is located, rivals the Cote d'Azur with its warm white-sand beaches, rugged cliffs, and offshore rock formations. Locquirec, the coastal town nearest this French vacation villa, is located between the port town of Roscoff and Perros-Guirec. Roscoff is an ancient port town, at various times the landing point of Mary Queen of Scots and Prince Charlie (the Young Pretender). Today, the ferry lines to Plymouth and Cork have been revived. Sights in town include the 16th century Notre-Dame-de-Croas-Batz, with an ornate belfry, and the old harbor, where you can catch a ride out to the Ile de Batz. Once feared because of its resident dragon, today it is loved for a plethora of sandy beaches. Locquirec is a small city and bathing resort with a disco, museum, cinema, and other shops and restaurants.

The grounds have been left in their natural wild state and include a parking area. There are also two large terraces with garden furniture and 4 deck chairs. The villa has a view of the sea.

(220 m2) This is a villa on four levels, furnished comfortably and stylishly with parquet flooring in all rooms. The house has a lovely view of the sea.
Ground Floor: The living room (28 m2) has a satellite TV and VHS player as well as access to the terrace. The first bedroom has a 140 cm standard double bed.
First Floor: A second living room (28 m2) has an open fireplace and a CD player/stereo unit. There is also a dining room with a kitchen, fully equipped with 4 burners, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and deep freeze. This floor also has a WC with a sink and toilet.
Second Floor: Here you will find the second and third bedroom, each containing a 140 cm standard double bed and a hand-basin. The fourth bedroom contains one single bed and a hand basin. This floor has one bathroom with a sink, bathtub with fixed showerhead, and a separate WC.
Third Floor: The fifth bedroom contains one single bed. The sixth bedroom has one single bed. There is a bathroom on this floor with a shower, sink, and separate WC.
