This villa is located between the well-known town of Sorrento and the small but characteristic town of Sant' Agata. One of the most beloved stops on the traditional grand tour, Sant' Agata is often described as one of the pearls of the gulf. It offers a number of sweeping sea views and has been a small but consistently popular retreat throughout history-- visited by the Etruscans, Greeks, and Romans in turn. Here you'll find many shops (and prices are cheaper here!) and fine restaurants, while local sights include the parish church, a monastery, archaeological ruins, and several hiking trails. The somewhat larger city of Sorrento is among the treasures of the Sorrentine Peninsula, overlooking the bay of Naples. This is an excellent base for exploration of the entire coastline, as ferries provide daily service into Naples, Amalfi, Positano, and the islands of Capri and Ischia. The Circumvesuviana train also runs regularly (about every half hour) to Pompei and Naples.

(700 m2) Completely surrounded by greenery, this villa has an ocean panorama that is truly breathtaking! The garden is composed of several levels, including a large lawn with a soccer goal, a terrace with a ping-pong table, and two spacious dining terraces with views of the gulf. One of these terraces is adjacent to the private swimming pool (5m x 4m) and provided with lounge chairs for sun bathing. The other levels of the garden are filled with flowers, plants, olive trees, lemon trees, and other greenery. Outside amenities also include a firewood oven for making your own pizzas and a barbecue. The villa is accessed through a gate just off of a main road, with parking space for two or three cars, or via a pedestrian gate with an intercom.
InteriorDescription
(250 m2) This villa is divided on two levels, with the parking and entrance a few steps above the upper level. The lower level can be accessed via both external and internal staircases. There is also another small cottage on the property. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning units that can also function as air purifiers.
Lower Level: Entering here, you will find a large lounge with several sofas and satellite TV. The dining area has a large table for seating up to 15 people. The kitchen is equipped with a gas oven, cook top, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and American coffee maker. There is also one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
Upper Level: Upstairs there are four bedrooms, three with a 160 cm queen-size bed and one with a bunk-bed suitable for children. There are also two bathrooms: one with a sink, toilet, and hydromassage shower, the other with a sink, toilet, and bathtub with shower.
Cottage: Behind the main villa, by the garden, this cottage contains two bedrooms, each with a 160 cm queen-size bed. There are also two bathrooms, each with a sink, toilet, and shower.
