This wonderful Italian rental is situated on a hillside above the town of Magliano Sabina, in the area of Sabina in Lazio with easy access to the main A1 motorway. The area of Sabina in Lazio features medieval hilltop castles, towns and villages, natural parks, medieval pilgrim routes and notable archaeological sites. Magliano Sabina is a town nestled amongst the rolling hills of the Lathium, land of Etruscans, Ancient Romans and Popes. The town has several bars, a chemist, bakers, butchers, banks, a post office, toy shop, clothing stores, ice-cream parlour, supermarkets, grocers, delicatessens, petrol station and a new hospital. There's even a small theatre and a museum featuring lots of Etruscan and Roman remains. There is also a 15th century cathedral (rebuilt in the 18th century), the Bishop's Palace, the town hall and the Santa Maria delle Grazie church which conserves a Roman crypt with 15th century frescoes. Rome is also within daytrip distance.

(100 hectares) Owned by one of the oldest aristocratic families in the Sabina area, this Italian estate villa rental enjoys stunning views of the estate vineyard and lower Tiber Valley. Villa Emilia and Villa Appia share a swimming pool whereas Villa Aurelia and Villa Tuscolana each have private pools. Each unit has a private garden and dining terrace. Villa Emilia and Villa Appia are semi-detached apartments and share a wall as well as the swimming pool.

The estate includes four separate accommodations, each of which can be rented separately.

Villa Emilia – Unit 1
(250 m2)
Ground floor: Enter the villa through the spacious and well-lit living/dining room with terracotta floors, high-beamed wood ceilings and access to the garden and dining terrace area. A leather couch and four comfortable chairs are arranged in front of the fireplace and satellite TV. There is a dining table with seating for ten. The fully-equipped kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, washing machine and a breakfast room. There is a bedroom with two 85 cm narrow single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, WC and a shower. The bedroom and en-suite bathroom are handicapped accessible.
First floor: Going up a flight of stairs, there is a 160 cm queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, WC and bathtub with a handheld shower. The second bedroom has two 85 cm narrow single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, WC and bathtub with a handheld shower. The third bedroom has two 85 cm narrow single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, WC and shower.

Villa Appia – Unit 2

Ground floor: The front door opens up to a light & bright living/dining room with a fireplace and satellite TV. The fully-equipped kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, washing machine and breakfast room. On this floor there is a bedroom with two 85 cm narrow single beds and a bathroom with a sink, WC and shower.
First floor: Stairs lead up to three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, WC and bathtub with a handheld shower. The second bedroom has two 85 cm narrow single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, WC and bathtub with a hand-held showerhead. The third bedroom has two 85 cm narrow single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, WC and bathtub with a handheld shower.

Villa Aurelia – Unit 3
