The renowned Magens Bay is the most popular beach on St. Thomas and 400 feet above it is where you'll find this holiday villa! This Caribbean accommodation is comprised of three independent pavilions situated on three parts of the property, allowing enough space and privacy for all, especially since each bedroom has a private balcony. The infinity edge swimming pool, which is connected to the villa's Jacuzzi, appears to fall right into the waters of Magens Bay. Whether you're looking north, south, east, or west from this villa for rent in the US Virgin Islands, you're sure to have a picturesque view!

Location Description

The villa is located in the Peterborg Estate on the north side of St. Thomas and the closest beach to the villa is Magens Bay, which is also the most popular on the island. Although Magens Bay is the only beach with a small fee, you'll be guaranteed a one-mile stretch of white sands, palm tree lined shores, and crystal clear waters. Coki Point is a great beach for snorkeling, Lindberg Bay is perfect for relaxing because it's rarely crowded, and Hull Bay is a local favorite. For shopping, dining, nightlife, and even sightseeing, Charlotte Amalie, the US Virgin Islands capital, is definitely the place to go. Here there is a large selection of shops, boutiques, restaurants, and historical sites. Daily activities can include kayaking, parasailing, diving, boating, or any other imaginable water sport. St. Thomas also has music, art, and dance festivals and lots of enjoyable attractions that include a submarine ride, swimming with the dolphins, and an aerial cable car ride to Paradise Point. Needless to say, you will never run out of things to do!

Exterior Description

(3,150 sq ft) This villa is situated on top of Sydney's Fancy, the highest point on the exclusive Peterborg Peninsula, within a cul-de-sac and behind a gated driveway. To the west, the villa has views of Magens Bay, which is 400 feet below; to the north, there are views of the Peterborg Peninsula, ocean horizon, and the nearby Hans Lollick Island; to the east, the villa has views of the British Virgin Islands and then on towards St. John and Tortola. The entrance to the villa is first marked by an open courtyard and then up a few steps where there is a porch furnished with cushioned couches and chairs. Nearby is a landscaped lawn with sun loungers. The villa is made up of three pavilions (cottages). The main pavilion is surrounded by a terrace with a gas barbecue and external walkways lead to each of the villa's two bedroom pavilions and cottage pavilion. Each bedroom has a private porch or terrace with ocean views. A staircase leads down to the private infinity edge swimming pool (15ft x 40ft) and Jacuzzi. The pool area also has a sun deck with sun loungers and nearby is a cabana that offers shaded seating and a beverage cooler. Parking is available within the property grounds.

Main Pavilion
Main level: The living room is located in this pavilion and has couches, armchairs, a big screen cable TV, and DVD player each situated in front of large glass windows. The gourmet kitchen with a cooking island and bar island with stool seating is situated behind the living room. It is equipped with a cook-top, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and dishwasher. The dining room is next to the kitchen and has a table and chairs as well as screen doors that open to the terrace.

Bedroom Pavilion 1
Main level: The master suite is located on this floor. It has a separate sitting area with a couch and chairs, a private kitchenette (that includes a fridge and a coffee machine), a bedroom with a king-sized bed, cable TV, DVD player, VCR, and DSL internet connection, a private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower. The main level also has the laundry room, with a washing machine and dryer, and exercise room, with a Precor home gym and elliptical machine.
First floor: There are two bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, cable TV, DVD player, VCR, and DSL internet connection, mini fridge, coffee machine, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.

Bedroom Pavilion 2

Main level: There are two bedrooms, each with a porch overlooking Magens Bay. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom has two single beds (which can be connected upon request) and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
