The farmhouse is located three kilometers from the nearest town of Fabro Scalo where you will find markets, restaurants, cafes, shops, banks, a post office, and pharmacy as well as a train station. Fabro Scalo is on a hilltop overlooking the Tiber Valley, which means the views are absolutely picturesque. An interesting place to visit is Orvieto, a city that features a once secret labyrinth of caves and tunnels that lie beneath the surface. Many homes of noble families where equipped with these passageways as a means of escape from times of siege. Guided tours are now offered for the visitor! Other great day trip destinations include Arezzo and Siena which, as previously mentioned, can be reached via a train from Fabro Scalo.

(5000m2) Situated on a large estate surrounded by olive groves, fields, and natural forestry, this accommodation is two independent farmhouses out of the three located on the property. There is a main house and a guest house that each has a private outdoor area with a table, chairs, and barbecue. There is a shared swimming pool (10m x 6m), which the owners occasionally use, surrounded by sun loungers. Access to the property from the nearest town is via a paved road of one kilometer followed by an unpaved road of about two kilometers and parking is available within the grounds.

Lower ground floor: There is a large common room (130m2) with couches, two fireplaces, satellite TV, and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on this floor. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has a 90 cm single bed. The first bathroom has a sink, toilet, shower, and tub and the second bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower.
Ground floor: Two different combined living and dining rooms with a couch, table and chairs, and a kitchen corner equipped with a cook-top and oven are located on this floor. There are two bedrooms, each with a 160 cm queen-sized bed and two bathrooms. The first bathroom has a sink, toilet, shower, and tub and the second bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower.
Guest House
Ground floor: The is a combined living and dining room with a couch, table with chairs and a kitchen corner equipped with a cook-top and oven.

Security Deposit
- Upon arrival at the property you are required to pay to the property representative a security deposit payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. The listed security deposit is: 300 EUR
Additional Expenses
- Final cleaning charge per person: 10 EUR
- If available, telephone is extra and charged according to consumption.
- Heating if used will be charged at the daily rate of: 20 EUR
Other Notes
- Extra maid service is usually available upon request and is paid locally.
- If available, heating is allowed by Italian law only from November 1 to April 1 with exceptions made for extreme weather
- If you arrive outside of the acceptable arrival times you will be charged a late arrival fee
- Clients are expected to depart the property by 9:00 am, unless otherwise indicated.
- If available, cook service must be arranged at least two months prior to arrival and is subject to the availability of the cook.
- CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO GIVE A PHOTOCOPY OF THEIR PASSPORT TO THE LOCAL MANAGER WHEN THEY ARRIVE AT THE PROPERTY.
