- Upon arrival in Paris, the local property manager will take an imprint of your credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) to cover any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. The maximum security deposit amount to cover damages to the property is: 3000 EUR
Additional Expenses
- Extra maid service is available for an additional charge, for a minimum of two hours per day. The hourly cleaning fee is: 30 EUR
- Local calls within Paris are free. Clients will need to purchase a phone card to make long distance calls or calls to cell phone numbers.
- Clients arriving on a bank holiday, or after 8 pm will be charged a check-in fee of: 50 EUR
