This noble townhouse, "Hôtel Particulier," is located in the famous Marais District in the heart of Paris, near Place des Vosges. There are plenty of restaurants, bistros, boutiques, grocery stores, museums, and art galleries nearby. The nearest metro stations are Bastille or Saint-Paul, both within walking distance (less than a kilometer away). Both metros provide a direct line to Le Louvre, the Champs Elysées, and the Arc de Triomphe.

Ground floor: The ground floor has a large, fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable breakfast room and access to the garden. There is a covered, glass-paneled veranda with a dining table and access to the garden. The elegant dining room has terra cotta flooring, a decorative fireplace, antique furniture, a candle lit chandelier, French porcelain on display, and a large dining table for eight people. There is a smoking room, or fumoir, with comfortable sofas and sculpted, wood-paneled walls. The bright and airy sun room has a glass ceiling and chairs. There is a guest closet, a separate WC, and a staircase and elevator to the upper floors.
Partial lower level: This level has a laundry room, a small bedroom with a queen size bed, an en suite bathroom (with tub, handheld shower head, sink), and a separate WC. This floor also has a heated pool room with an indoor heated pool. Pool jets can create a current that allows for swimming in place. The pool room also has a shower and a spiral staircase that leads to the kitchen.
First floor: The large master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk-in closet, and a spacious en suite bathroom (with tub, shower, sink, WC). This floor also has a separate WC, as well as a study with wooden floors, wooden-beamed ceilings, antique rugs, a desk, a book collection, a fireplace, and comfortable sofas.
Second floor: There is a large bedroom with a queen size bed, an en suite study room, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom (with tub, sink, WC). The high, vaulted ceiling has skylights. There is also a smaller bedroom with a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom (with tub, sink, WC). Both bedrooms overlook the garden.

Available amenities: Elevator, heated pool (7m x 3.5m), high speed internet connection, air conditioning in the two largest master bedrooms, answering machine, CD player, alarm clock, hairdryer, coffeemaker, electric kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, hangers, washing machine, dryer, bed linens, towels. Bed linens are changed weekly; towels are changed daily. Housekeeping services (four hours per day) and a final cleaning are included in the price. Extra services: For an extra cost, guests may request airport transfers, a chauffeur-driven car, a babysitter, a personal chef, and reservation services for restaurants, theaters, excursions, day trips, etc. Airport transportation from Charles de Gaulle airport to the apartment costs €92 for four to six guests.

- Upon arrival at the property you are required to pay to the property representative a security deposit payable by certified bank check. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. The listed security deposit is: 10000 EUR
