Located in the beautiful St Martial wine estate, this holiday accommodation is just two kilometers from the nearest town and is also in a great location for day trips to Narbonne and Montpellier. There is a shared heated swimming pool, a lovely garden, and peaceful interiors filled with antiques.

Location Description

The property is located two kilometers from the medieval village of Alignan-du-Vent where you will find a few shops and bakeries as well as a café and pharmacy. A market is held every Wednesday and Saturday. Although small, Alignan has a diverse history that can be seen through its unique architectural features, particularly the village church. Beziers is a bigger town that should definitely be visited for the day. Renowned for hosting a five-day bullfighting festival each August, Beziers is full of beautiful architecture and buildings. The Saint-Nazaire Cathedral is the main sight, dating back to the 14th century, whereas the Plateau des Poetes, is a lovely park to visit for a leisurely and picturesque stroll. You will also find shops, restaurants, and bakeries in town as well as a train station.

Exterior Description

This secluded 18th century former priory has been lovingly restored by its owners and turned into vacation apartments. The apartments share a heated swimming pool (April - November), and each apartment has a private garden with a table and chairs and a barbecue. Parking is available within the property grounds.

Ground floor: This studio apartment has a living area with a couch and a 160 cm queen-sized bed. There is a kitchen equipped with a cook-top, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher as well as a table with chairs. The bathroom has a sink, tub with a handheld shower, and a separate toilet room.
