Enjoyed Most:
We liked where the property was located -- far away from "touristy" areas, but in a vibrant part of the city. We also really enjoyed sitting on the balcony.
Enjoyed Least:
The seal on the shower door was old, and every time one of us took a shower water leaked all over the bathroom floor.
Surrounding Area:
We really enjoyed that the property was on a pedestrian-only street. There were lots of food shops and cafes on our street, several of which were open on Sundays unlike in the rest of Paris. It is a very vibrant area, but without that many tourists.
Tips or Restaurants:
If you plan on doing a lot of cooking, bring your own knives -- the ones at the property were all small and serrated. We enjoyed the gelato shop, Amorino, a few doors down, and Cafe Daguerre, on the corner. The bakery around the corner, on Avenue General Leclerc, has organic bread and pastries.

Overall:
To live almost like a local was a great experience. Having to shop, cook and arrange our own sightseeing was an extra to the travel experience we have not had before.
Enjoyed Most:
The Location.
Enjoyed Least:
Nothing
Surrounding Area:
Being in the middle of a vehicle-free street, the local restaurants at our door step, the shopping for groceries etc being also at our door step. The close proximity to Paris and all the tourist attractions
Tips or Restaurants:
The shops have weird opening hours so make sure you have your breakfast needs each night.
Check In Out:
The check in was rushed.

Enjoyed Most:
We loved its location on the pedestrian market street with restaurants, grocery and specialty shops. The building has two security entries. It smells clean and is very neat. Our flat was better than photographed on the website. It is perfect for two. We had coffee each morning, a picnic lunch and wine on the balcony each day. The apartment and kitchen is very well equipped so we didn't need many of your suggested packing items. It was complete with many electrical adapters, wine opener and knives for slicing up your bread and cheese.
Enjoyed Least:
The shower half door can lead to some interesting fountain works! We slept with the balcony doors open so the restaurant set back between the two buildings can be noisy and the trash trucks can wake you from a dead sleep; however, I'm sure with the thermal doors closed it would be fine. We just chose to let Paris in.
Surrounding Area:
The metro is at the end of the street. Very efficient. We loved the individual markets for bread, wine, cheese, meats, fish and groceries. We also enjoyed several of the local restaurants. It is a wonderful location for walking tours. We set out on foot to the Eiffel Tower - a bit far, but a wonderful way to work off jet lag. The Cimetiere du Montparnasse, the Jardin du Luxembourg and Pantheon are all nearby for a nice walk without missing the side streets.
Tips or Restaurants:
The gentleman at Rue Daguerre located at the end of the street took wonderful care of us. We ate there three times.
Directions:
We used and highly recommend the Paris Shuttle for arrival and departure. They have courteous drivers, newer clean vans and prompt service. The drivers and customer service personnel speak English.
Check In Out:
We were allowed early check-in and met by the local agent. He was most kind in his reception of us. We were given a list of several contact cell numbers and an email address in case we needed anything or had a question.
