Overall:
Very good. A charming young woman whose job it was to meet us with the key couldn't have been more helpful. Our plane was two hours late, but she was lovely. On our last day, Diane was most responsive to our need for help in finding a taxi. It was raining, there were no taxis at the several taxi stands near us, and we could only get recordings at numbers we had for calling taxis.
Enjoyed Most:
Convenient to metro stops, the Champs Elysees, the Arc de Triomphe. Updated interior which left some period charm.
Enjoyed Least:
No room for all six of us to sit at the table together. Would be fine for four. The smaller bedroom has no ventilation unless you leave the door open. Most shelves in the kitchen and bedrooms can only be reached by a tall person. Tiny showers surrounded by unweighted plastic curtains make it very difficult to shower without getting the bathroom floor quite wet.
Surrounding Area:
Safe neighborhood with easy access to shopping and restaurants, wifi cafe and the Champs Elysees.
Tips or Restaurants:
We didn't plan to do any real cooking - only breakfast and snacks - and the tiny kitchen area was fine for that. But... if renters want to cook, they should be aware that there is no oven besides the microwave, and only two cooktop burners. Unless the renters speak French, they should ask the local Rentvillas representative for help in reserving a taxi for their day of departure - essential if it might be a rainy day.

Overall:
The apartment was small for four of us but it had what we needed, and convenience to places we wanted to go! The bidet in bathroom was a nice feature! Noise outside was a bit much on certain nights! It was warm so all windows were open in courtyard. !
Enjoyed Most:
Convenience and Security.
Enjoyed Least:
Bedrooms were small but acceptable.
Surrounding Area:
Good food and interesting shops and cafes.
Tips or Restaurants:
Mood Restaurant on Champs Elysees was great. Get a 50 Percent off coupon at Fourchette.com. The Italian Restaurant on Rue Grey was wonderful The Creperie down the street was good too! Make sure you have a good street map!
