This unique villa, which houses three beautiful Spain coastal rental apartments, is in a quiet location, yet it is a 5-10 minute drive to Estepona Port (many restaurants, bars, supermarkets/shops, ATM). The town of Estepona is a relatively non-touristy Spanish seaside town, a refreshing change from Benidorm, Marbella, Fuengirola, or Torremolinos. Founded 500 years ago, it is filled with charm and narrow winding streets, plazas, a pedestrian street, a small covered market, and lots of local shops, bars and restaurants. From the apartments it is a 10-15 minute walk to a beach, supermarkets, and restaurants. There is regular bus service from Estepona to local towns, including Puerto Banus and Marbella. There is also a reasonably-priced taxi service.
Nearby Attractions: There are excellent golf courses, tennis, water sports, horseback riding, fishing, walking, go-karting, and para-gliding. Traditional bullfighting can be seen at the bull ring. A casino is located 20 minutes away and there are organized trips to watch the dolphins at play off Gibraltar. Arrangements can be made for day trips by bus to Granada, Ronda, Cordoba, Gibraltar, Seville and even Morocco. Selwo Wildlife Adventure Park is 10 minutes from town.

The typically Andalucian terracotta villa contains fourseparate vacation rental apartments, all with sea views. The building, not overlooked by other properties, is built on a slope, creating various levels. The villa is part of a residential community. It is set amidst a half-acre garden with a shared swimming pool (8m, heated from October 1 – April 30). There are two quiet areas to sit and relax: the Moroccan Terrace and the Viewing Area. The first has afternoon shade; the second has the best sea views. There is free on-street parking available. There is another apartment which is occupied by the owners, who are available for questions and advice and to ensure the smooth running of the villa.

Upper Level: Accessed via the upper gate with 5 steps and a 30 meter walk. This spacious apartment has a southwest-facing living/dining room with sea views. There is a private sunny terrace with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. The separate fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, gas cook top, electric oven, microwave, and refrigerator. The large master bedroom with a queen-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm) has a dressing area and an ensuite bathroom with a tub, shower, two sinks, bidet and WC. It also has a second terrace overlooking the pool and sea. The second bedroom has twin-beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm) that can be made into a queen-size bed (180 cm x 200). This bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, sink and WC. There is also an extra fold-out bed which can be placed in either bedroom at an extra charge.

Please Note:
- A liquid Welcome Pack is provided upon arrival.
- The linens and towels are changed weekly.
- Free Wireless Internet is provided for clients traveling with laptops.
- There are libraries of DVDs, videos, CDs, and books that can be borrowed at no charge.
- For guests wishing to use the pool, there is a Mandatory Weekly Fee of 70 Euros to heat the shared pool from October 1 - April 30, must be booked in advance.

Overall:
Really enjoyed our stay.
Enjoyed Most:
Location was perfect for what we wanted to do, e.g. day trips, dining, walks. Kitchen was well supplied, and included a number of food basics. The balcony/patio and grounds were perfect for enjoying casual breakfasts while soaking in the view of the Mediterranean.
Surrounding Area:
Really enjoyed day trips to nearby hill towns (Ronda, Casares), Marbella and Gibraltar
Nearby Events or Locales:
Estepona is the closest town. You can take a nice 20-25 minute hike along the beach (rocky in places, so wear good hiking shoes) to the marina in town. Otherwise, its an easy 5 to 10 minute drive.
Tips or Restaurants:
A rental car is pretty much a necessity, although you can access tours through a nearby hotel. La Cocina is a very good nearby restaurant (an easy walk from the property), but you'll need a car to get to any of the other quality restaurants, with many located in the Estepona Marina. Note La Menorah closed its previous location near the property and moved to the Marina. Its now called La Pintoresca.
Directions:
We used GPS to find the property without problem.
Check In Out:
Check in and check out were as agreed with no surprises. Philip, the new owner, is a great host and will go out of his way to make sure your stay is an enjoyable one.

Overall:
I just loved it! The views were awesome along with the peace and quiet. It was perfect for visiting surrounding areas. We used it for day trips half of the time and just relaxing the rest of the time. The owner was very helpful as well.
Enjoyed Most:
We liked the views and the proximity to places we wanted to see. It was peaceful. The larger bedroom was very open and huge and included beautiful windows to see the Mediterranean Sea. It was a good place to set and read.
Enjoyed Least:
The living room was quite small, but didn't matter much since we didn't use it (Since we had the nice lounge area in the bedroom).
Surrounding Area:
We had quite a bit of privacy. The pool was nice too. And the yard was huge.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Estepona. You could walk but would be better with a car.

Overall:
Fantastic! The owners Neville and Lynne were always helpful and the apartment was amazingly well stocked with all the comforts of home. The welcoming beverages were much appreciated. Lots of things to do in Estepona and surrounding towns.

Estepona. Not within walking distance.
Tips or Restaurants:
You don't need to bring anything. We enjoyed de la Mar at the waterfront for breakfast.
Directions:
Neville gave explicit driving directions and we had a GPS so had no trouble.

Easy and smooth.
