Enjoyed Most:
We enjoyed the dining room table that was large enough to fit all 10 of us very comfortably. The dishwasher worked well. The refrigerator was a good size. The internet was good enough for what we needed it for. The local restuarants were good and the people very friendly. The food store was good for us in terms of what it offered.
Enjoyed Least:
There were ants and mosquitoes. We weren't able to use the pool for one days because the water turned green. We didn't have the use of the TV for the first 1 1/2 days because it was broken. The cleaning woman came in the morning instead of the afternoon (which we requested), which meant that some rooms weren't cleaned because people were still asleep. My shower was too small, and I had trouble using it. The kitchen ware was outdated. The stove automatic lighter was not working and so we had to use a lighter every time we turned the stove on. The property was located off of a busy road. Editor's Note: There was a big storm during the clients' stay, which resulted in the pool water turning green. Also, the central TV antenna broke during the storm. The property manager addressed both issues right away, but it did take a while for the pool color to return to normal. The road is a small country road between two small towns. It is normally not busy.
Surrounding Area:
It was great that we could walk into town. Town was centrally located so that we were able to get to other towns from there with little problem.
Tips or Restaurants:
Bring/buy mosquito spray. Local restuarants are good.
We used a GPS and had no problem.
Check In Out:
It worked fine.

Enjoyed Most:
Clean, beautiful, peaceful, and a perfect location - just outside of Sant Agata - a wonderful quaint non-touristy village with some good restaurants.
Enjoyed Least:
I loved everything!
Surrounding Area:
The village was great - restaurants, shopping, quiet - but still easy to access towns along the Amalfi Coast.
Nearby Events or Locales:
The villa was on the outskirts of Sant Agata - just a few minutes walk from the town.
Tips or Restaurants:
Mimo and Dora - and the rest of the family at Lo Scroffiz---? not sure of spelling were wonderful. We became regulars. Restaurant is on the right just as you enter town. We attended church services at 7:00PM one night - just across the street. Also Orlando's - next to Lo Scroff-- - was lots of fun.
We had a driver. No problem getting there.
Check In Out:
The Property Management people were wonderful!!! Responsive and arranged fun activities for us - mozzarella tasting - and one night a personal chef taught us how to cook a real Italian meal. Even brought Neopolitan music and we had soooooo much fun!!! Aprons and hats, too!

We had the best time possible, it was truly a magical place with great food and activities near by. We cooked in some and there were 4 cooks in our group of 10. They love to cook and loved the kitchen. The rest of us enjoyed the yard and the pool.
Enjoyed Most:
That depends on who you are asking. As for me I loved all the outside furniture where you could read and watch what every one else was doing. The kids loved the outside too where you could swim and run, which they did forever.
Enjoyed Least:
There is nothing I disliked about the property; it was truly beautiful, quiet, and isolated from the rest of the world,.
Surrounding Area:
The villa was within walking distance of the town of St Agata and it was so nice when we went to town for dinner. We took a trip up or down the highway to Sorrento and it was a lot of switchbacks, but on the list of 1001 things to do before you die.
Tips or Restaurants:
Great restaurants in the town. The fellows who welcomed us into the villa were a great source for where to eat and what to do. About the only thing I forgot to bring was some shampoo but it wasn't hard to find.
We rented A GPS system and it worked well. I'm not certain how you could do it without one. But I wasn't driving.
