Perugia features a rich and long history that is evident when gazing up at the ancient ruins and buildings that include old churches and cathedrals. The Piazza IV Novembre, which is the heart of the city, is where locals and tourists like to gather. Any visit to Perugia should include a stroll along the Corso Vannucci for your evening passeggiata (stroll)! (15 acres) Owned and cared for by the same family for the last century, this property is comprised of a main villa (which consists of two apartments that can be connected via an internal door) and two additional apartments on the grounds. The grounds are full of pine trees, sunflowers, and landscaped lawns that are great for picnics. There is also and orchard and garden. The villa and two apartments each have a terrace with a table and chairs. There is a shared swimming pool (14m x 5m) surrounded by a sun deck with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a hammock. There is also a children's playground. The owners live in their own villa on the property grounds and continue to cultivate their own olives and fruit trees and vegetables. The property is situated behind an electronic gate and parking is available within the grounds.
