(15 acres) Owned and cared for by the same family for the last century, this villa (which consists of two apartments that can be connected via an internal door) is situated on a large estate with additional apartments. The grounds are full of pine trees, sunflowers, and landscaped lawns that are great for picnics. There is also and orchard and garden and the villa features a terrace furnished with a table and chairs. There is a shared swimming pool (14m x 5m) surrounded by a sun deck with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a hammock. There is also a children's playground. The owners live in their own villa on the property grounds and continue to cultivate their own olives and fruit trees and vegetables. The property is situated behind an electronic gate and parking is available within the grounds.
