Location Description

The villa is situated above Peter Bay Beach that is a two-minute drive or, for the very fit, a five to 10-minute walk via a back road. A ten-minute drive will take you to St. John's main village, Cruz Bay. Cruz Bay is full of shops, restaurants, and markets. Because Cruz Bay is the most popular among visitors, there are many different types of activities such as sailing, scuba diving, and jet skiing. St. John also has many different hiking trails that range in length and difficulty, especially through Virgin Island's National Park, which makes up over 7,000 acres. In addition to hiking trails, there are coral reefs, beaches, historical ruins, and guided tours. For more cultural activities, every spring means the annual arrival of the St. John Blues Festival where nearly everyone on this island will be celebrating with live music, games, and more. Cruz Bay is located across from the ferry dock from St. Thomas and has easy access to all other parts of the island.

Exterior Description

(7,800 sq ft) This villa is situated in the gated community of Peter Bay and offers exceptional views over the beach below and the Caribbean Sea beyond. An outdoor covered terrace is accessible from the villa's main sitting room and has cushioned wicker chairs and ottomans looking directly to the sea. Accessible from the villa's kitchen is another covered patio with a gas barbecue as well as a dining table with chairs. A small external staircase from the terrace leads down to an open sitting area with chairs, a wet bar with an icemaker and mini fridge, a guest bathroom, and onto the Jacuzzi, which is near a landscaped lawn. From this terrace as well are a few steps leading down to the private circular swimming pool (30ft x 4ft). The property is situated behind an electronic gate and parking is available within the grounds.

Lower Level: The lowest level is described as the villa's entertainment level. Upon entering, there is a bar with bar stools, a mini-fridge, and ice-maker on the left. The middle of the room, which opens directly to a wrap-around balcony, has a pool table and an alcove with a couch, satellite TV, and DVD player. There is a second alcove with a pinball machine, Xbox, satellite TV, DVD player, treadmill, and a trundle bed that can become two single beds upon prior request. There is also a bathroom with a shower.

Main Level: A brick courtyard leads to the entrance of this villa which then leads to the spacious combined living and dining room that has sliding glass doors that open to terraces on both sides. There is a sitting area with a couch and chairs and a dining area with a table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, coffee maker, wine cooler, and dishwasher and has an island in the middle. An alcove off the kitchen has a desk with a DSL line, a fax machine/printer, and a telephone as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
A Few Steps Lower: Situated between the Main Level and Lower Level are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed, satellite TV, DVD player, private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with an alfresco shower as well as a mini fridge and coffee maker. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, satellite TV, DVD player, private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with an alfresco shower as well as a mini fridge and coffee maker.
A Few Steps Higher: A few steps lead up to two bedrooms that are separated by a sitting area with satellite TV and a DVD player. Each of the two bedrooms has a king-sized bed, satellite TV, DVD player, private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with an alfresco shower as well as a mini fridge and coffee maker.

Upper Level: A separate staircase leads up to the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, satellite TV, DVD player, private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with an alfresco shower as well as a mini fridge and coffee maker.
