With five bedrooms that spread are out on different levels and sections of the estate, this accommodation in the US Virgin Islands is great for a large family or group of friends who want alone time as well as time together. Location Description

The villa is situated above Peter Bay and there is a path from the villa that will lead you to the beach in a five-minute walk. A ten-minute drive will take you to St. John's main village, Cruz Bay. Cruz Bay is full of shops, restaurants, and markets. Because Cruz Bay is the most popular among visitors, there are many different types of activities such as sailing, scuba diving, and jet skiing. St. John also has many different hiking trails that range in length and difficulty, especially through Virgin Island's National Park, which makes up over 7,000 acres. In addition to hiking trails, there are coral reefs, beaches, historical ruins, and guided tours. For more cultural activities, every spring means the annual arrival of the St. John Blues Festival where nearly everyone on this island will be celebrating with live music, games, and more. Cruz Bay is located across from the ferry dock from St. Thomas and has easy access to all other parts of the island.

Nearby Attractions: Beach (snorkeling, kayaking, windsurfing), hiking trails, Cruz Bay (ferry port, shops, nightlife, restaurants).

Exterior Description
(3,350 sq ft) Located in the gated community of Peter Bay, this villa is perched 500 feet above the water on a hillside. Finished in the summer of 2008, this villa is comprised of three pavilions. The pavilions border the private infinity-edge swimming pool (30ft x 43ft), which is surrounded by a sun deck with sun loungers and views of the Caribbean Sea. Near the swimming pool is a wet bar with a mini-fridge, ice maker, and stool seating. A gas barbecue is nearby. A covered terrace to the right of the pool has an outdoor sitting area with cushioned chairs and a dining area with a table and chairs. On the second level of the property, just outside the master bedroom in the Main Pavilion, is a private Jacuzzi. The property is situated behind an electronic gate and parking is available within a designated courtyard, which also has an outdoor shower.
Interior Description

Main Pavilion
Main Level: There is a living room with couches, armchairs, satellite TV, and access to the covered terrace. Next to the living room is a kitchen equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher as well as a bar with stools. The kitchen separates the living room from the dining room, which has a table with chairs and access to the covered terrace.
Second Level: A curved staircase leads from the living room up to the home office and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, satellite TV, a walk-in closet, a private balcony furnished with sun loungers, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass and marble shower and separate tub.
Third Level: The curved staircase continues up to one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom Pavilion
Main Level: This level of the Bedroom Pavilion has a laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers, a small exercise room with workout equipment (although no air conditioner), and a bedroom. The bedroom has a king-sized bed, satellite TV, access to the balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Second level: There is one bedroom with a king-sized bed, satellite TV, private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Cottage Pavilion This pavilion is situated across the parking courtyard.
Main Level: There is a living room with couches, chairs, a small kitchenette, and a covered balcony furnished with a table and chairs. There is one bathroom with a shower.
Second Level: There is one bedroom with a king-sized bed (which can be separated to form two single beds upon prior request), a balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Security Deposit

  • Along with the final payment, a refundable security deposit is due. You will be requested to mail a check to in the amount listed. The security deposit will be returned to you within 60 days of your departure from the property minus any damages to the property, or any charges incurred during your stay. The listed security deposit is: 1500 USD

Additional Expenses

  • Each set of lost keys will incur a charge of $35.
  • Lost gate remote controls will be charged at replacement cost ($40 to $100).

  • Departures must take place before 11:00 am. Departures after 11:00 am may incur a charge of $250.
  • DON’T FORGET to BRING PROOF of CITIZENSHIP! Everyone departing the United States Virgin Islands, including U.S. Citizens, is now required by U.S. Immigration to show either a valid passport or a certified copy of a birth certificate accompanied by a photo ID. The islands are a “port of entry” to the U.S. mainland – so please don’t forget these for the whole family. You also need them if you plan to visit any of the British Virgin Islands during your stay, even if it is just a day trip.
