Location Description

The property is very private and is located near the famous Lighthouse of Santorini. It has a cliff top location and incredible views of the Aegean Sea and surrounding islands. The island itself is the remnants of an enormous volcanic explosion. Its villages are considered some of the most beautiful of Greece.

Exterior Description

(6,700m2) This three-story white-stone building is a blend of modern and traditional Cycladic architecture. The outdoor areas of the villas are magnificent with incredible views of the sea and beautiful evening sunsets. There are four furnished outside terraces, a pool (16m X 8m) with sun loungers, a Jacuzzi and a barbeque area. There are many comfortable seating areas inside for lazing about, afternoon naps or enjoying a late night bottle or two of the local wines. There is parking for 8 cars.

Interior Description

The entire villa is exquisitely, yet comfortably furnished. The walls are thick and the interior remains cool during the heat of the days. There are stunning views of the surrounding landscape and ocean through all the windows. All of the bedrooms have a flat screen Satellite TV, DVD player, telephone, safe deposit, hairdryer, air conditioning and wonderful views.

Ground Floor: The ground floor opens up into a play room. It has two bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms with shower. Both of the bedrooms have king-size beds (180 cm mattress) that can be separated into two single beds upon request. Both bedrooms have access to verandas.

First Floor: The first floor has several living, dining and reception areas for a variety of secluded indoor hangouts, sheltered from the Greek sun. All of the rooms are well lit, and thick walls provide a cool, quiet atmosphere ideal for relaxing or reading a good book. The living room is air-conditioned, has a flat screen satellite TV, DVD and CD player. There is an open plan kitchen and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen that has an oven, cook top, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The dining area has a large table and can comfortably seat ten people. There is a large reception area on the first floor near the bedrooms as well as a guest bathroom. Two of the five bedrooms are on the first floor. Each has a king-size bed (180 cm mattress) bed and and ensuite bathroom. One bathroom has a bathtub and one has a shower. One of the beds can be separated into two 90 cm single beds upon request.

Second Floor: A circular stairwell leads up to beautiful bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm mattress) and an ensuite bathroom. It is well lit by windows on three sides and has access to two furnished verandas with stunning sea views.
