About The Experience
The views are just absolutely stunning at this 18th century villa in Tuscany. While you and your friends and family are lounging at your private swimming pool, you’ll be able to gaze out into the countryside and watch the sunset over a beautiful backdrop you’ve only ever imagined. Also keep in mind that food shops and a train station are just a short walk away and the Chianti (and all its wine!) is just a short drive away!
Location Description

The property is located 500 meters away from Bucine where you will find several food shops. In Montevarchi, which is 10 kilometers away, you will find shops, restaurants, and markets. For a wider range of things to do and see you definitely should visit Arezzo where the acclaimed 1997 movie "La Vita e' Bella," starring Roberto Benigni, was filmed. Once one of the most important Etruscan cities, today Arezzo is beautiful for an array of architecture spanning centuries, from Etruscan ruins to the Roman amphitheatre and the Medici Fortress. The first weekend of each month brings a popular antique fair, while annually there is a festival called "Joust of the Saracens," where all of the citizens dress in medieval attire and knights representing each part of the city charge at a target representing a Saracen king. The area is also well situated for day trips throughout Tuscany, including the Chianti region.

Nearby Attractions: Bucine (food shops), Montevarchi (shops, restaurants, markets), Arezzo (shops, restaurants, churches, museums, annual festivals, parks, ancient ruins), Chianti region, Florence, San Gimignano,Volterra.
