Taverns and shops are a short walk away, and even more options are available 3 km away in Rethymno’s city center. Crete’s two largest towns, which boast numerous cultural and historical attractions, are each easy day trips from the villa.

This villa is located directly on the sandy beach of Rethymno, mere meters from the water. A tavern and shops are a 200 meter walk from the villa, and the city center of Rethymno, the provincial capital, is 3 km away, with more dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Just outside Rethymno is one of Crete’s most famous monasteries, the 14th century Arkadion Monastery. Heraklion and Chania, the second and first largest cities in Crete, and their airports are each about an hour’s drive away.

This modern beachfront villa was constructed in 2008 and has two floors. The property has a private pool (4 x 8 m). There are outdoor couches and a table and chairs in a covered patio. You enjoy a view of Rethymno’s sandy beach from the gated yard, which has a small lawn, deck chairs, and umbrellas, or from the villa’s covered veranda. There is a private outdoor parking area.

Ground Floor: There is a dining area with a table and chairs attached to a living room that has a sofa, chairs, coffee table, satellite TV, and a DVD player. French doors open onto the villa’s covered poolside veranda which has a table and patio chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, and kettle. This level also has two bedrooms, both with balconies. The first bedroom has twin-beds (100 x 200 cm) and ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 x 200). There is a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.

First Floor: A marble staircase leads to the first floor, which has 3 bedrooms, all with balconies. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 x 200) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 x 200), and the third bedroom has twin-beds (100 x 200). There is an additional bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub/ shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine.

Basement Level: This level is reached down a marble staircase from the ground floor, and has a bedroom with twin-beds (100 cm). There is also a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. There is a game room with a billiard table.
