It features panoramic views of the sea, has a private swimming pool, and six bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom making it ideal for a large group.

The property is located 500 meters from the center of Sant’Agata sui due Golfi, a small town perched on a hill that has views of the coast, sea, and two bays nearby. Today it is best known for its church of the same name, the monastery of Deserto, and its archeological ruins dating back to Etruscan times. Of course, there are also markets, shops, restaurants, and an endless amount of walking paths away from the main roads. The nearest beach is in Nerano, where there are also more restaurants. Sorrento is a short drive away, as well, and is great for a day trip. Here is where you’ll find a museum, music festivals from mid-September to mid-October, and various art galleries throughout the year. Shoppers, be sure to stop by Via S. Cesareo to browse craft stores, sweet shops, and clothing boutiques. Keep in mind that every Tuesday is the weekly street market. There are also cinemas, wine bars, and even a bowling alley to amuse you during your visit.

This villa is situated in a quiet garden full of trees, plants, fruits, and vegetables (which you can taste!). There are several terraces with tables and chairs and views of the sea. The private swimming pool (17m x 8m, open March 12 - September 24, 2022) is surrounded by a grass-landscaped lawn with sun loungers. Parking is available in front of the villa.

Ground floor: There is a large living room with fireplace, satellite TV, and access to the terrace, a dining room for 20 people, and a kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and access to the terrace. There is also a bathroom with shower.
First floor: There is a double bedroom with bathroom with shower; a double bedroom with bathroom with shower and access to a private terrace; and a bedroom with double bed, two single beds, bathroom with shower, and access to private terrace.
Ground floor: There are three studios. Each studio has a living area, double bedroom (160 cm), two single beds (90 cm), and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
