The interiors of the 18th century villa have been restored to the height of Italian Baroque splendor and feature antiques and hand-selected paintings in every room. Architectural details include stone arches, tiled mosaics, frescoes, and painted ceilings. Though the furnishings are period, the amenities—such as wireless Internet, full air-conditioning, and spa facilities—are modern.
First Floor/Lower Level: This level is taken up by the spa treatment areas, including a sauna (hot and cold), indoor heated swimming pool (8 x 3.5 m), Turkish bath, shower, tepidarium, Jacuzzi on a tiled outdoor terrace, and rooms where professionals can administer various massage treatments, each lasting 50 minutes. There is also a plasma television and relaxing music piped in for your enjoyment and relaxation. The villa’s Catholic chapel is also located on this level.
Second Floor (main entrance): An interior staircase leads up from the spa to the first floor where the large kitchen, formal dining room and separate living area are located. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, toaster, oven, American and Italian style coffee makers, traditional wood-burning pizza and bread oven, dishwasher, and dryer. The expansive living room can be used for work or play and, depending on your needs, can serve as dining room, relaxing room, or office. A large library with old and new books and a computer with wireless Internet and fax line is provided as well.
Third Floor: Two bedrooms with queen beds (160 cm) and full en-suite bathrooms with showers are located on this floor. The bedrooms are characterized by their antique furnishings, painted walls and ceiling frescoes. Each bedroom has a private terrace with incredible views over Positano.
Fourth Floor: The fourth floor has an independent entrance and contains a penthouse with two bedrooms, each with queen beds (160 cm) and full en-suite bathrooms with shower. The rooms are decorated in the Mediterranean style white wooden beams and have been accented with a curated selection of Neapolitan ceramics and mosaics dating to the 17th century. The suites have private balconies and a shared terrace.
