Location Description

Situated on the North Western coast of Santorini, overlooking the Caldera, the property is in the village of Imerovigli. Famous for its beautiful sunsets, Imerovigli is known as the "balcony to the Aegean", positioned in the cliffs above the larger town of Fira. Imerovigli is a quiet traditional village with white washed houses and meandering pathways. The village is proud of its many lovely churches in the Cycladic architectural style, most notably the church of Ai-Stratis in the centre of the village, and the Monastery of Saint Nikolaos, on the road to Fira. Several restaurants, cafés and markets can be found in Imerovigli, however Fira is just 2 km from the property and offers a wider array of choices.

Exterior Description

Built into the side of the cliff, the property offers ample outdoor dining, sitting and lounging areas. Panoramic views of the Caldera can be enjoyed from the 2 terraces, each with a private Jacuzzi.

Interior Description

This two-story eco-friendly villa with white walls, earth toned tiles and natural woods, creates flowing lines to provide a soothing spa-like atmosphere.

Ground Floor: The entrance to the villa opens to the living area with stylish and comfortable sofas (single sofa bed) a media center, including a Satellite TV, DVD player and CD player. The winding staircase to the upper floor is located in the living area. On this level is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave and American coffee maker. A terrace with a Jacuzzi is accessible from this room. There are two bedrooms on this floor. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed (160 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, shower and WC. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds (90 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, shower and WC. Each bedroom has a Satellite TV.

First Floor: This level opens to another living area with comfortable seating and media center with a Satellite TV, DVD player and CD player. There is a second, fully equipped eat-in kitchen on this floor with a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave and American coffee maker, with access to a balcony with a private Jacuzzi. There are two more bedrooms on this level. Bedroom 3 has queen size bed (160 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, shower and WC. Bedroom 4 has queen size bed (160 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, shower and WC. Each bedroom has a Satellite TV.
