About The Experience
Take in beautiful views of Positano and the sea from this lovely seaside villa. Multiple terraces offer guests plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the coastal panorama. With a swimming pool, chic bamboo lounge area, and elegant dining terrace for alfresco meals—you’ll want to spend all of your time outdoors. The villa’s interiors are just as enticing, however, with bright airy rooms, comfortable furnishings, and Mediterranean charm. This villa is the ideal retreat for special gatherings and events.
Location Description

“Positano bites deep” John Steinbeck wrote, referring to the dream-like quality the town possesses. The charming pastel residences sit along narrow, winding roads on steep hillsides overlooking the Mediterranean. From the villa you are just a 10-minute walk from the center of town and 15 from the nearest beach. The beach Spiaggia Grande has been described as one of the most beautiful beaches along the coast but for more peace and privacy, seek out Fornillo beach; accessed along a coastal path via Spiaggia Grande. If time permits, hire one of the town’s “sea taxis”; small boats which transport visitors to secluded bays only accessible by boat. Wander in to the many colorful boutiques or quaint cafés. Be sure to try some of the town’s very popular Limoncello!

Please Note: While the Amalfi Coast is beautiful and charming, it is also steep, with many uphill and downhill stairs and walkways. In general, it is an area that is not kind to those of us with knee or mobility issues. This should be considered before booking a property in this area.

Nearby Attractions: Bus stops in town can take you up and down to other beautiful towns along the coast, including Amalfi. Amalfi is a town that dates back to the 6th century and was once an important trading center with historical and medieval architecture throughout the town. The main sites include the Duomo, in Amalfi's center, the cathedral of Sant' Andrea, which dates back to the 11th century, and the Cloister of Paradise. There is also a museum dedicated to the works of Morelli and a museum where you can view artifacts of Amalfi's long and interesting history. During the summer months, there are daily ferries leaving from Positano to Capri, Sorrento, and Naples.

Amazing - can't imagine anything better than Villa Zeno!
Enjoyed Most:
Hard to pick one thing - we loved almost everything about the villa!
Enjoyed Least:
Only thing we didn't love was the hike up the hills and steps however, the silver lining is that we got plenty of exercise and didn't gain weight!
Surrounding Area:
Positano was perfect for us. We loved the views and the town and all it's charm. We loved taking out boats and exploring the coast by sea and taking buses and exploring the neighboring towns!
Nearby Events or Locales:
Tips or Restaurants:
All of our meals were great. We started with a welcome dinner at the villa by Lena (chef) on the terrace - a perfect setting and an amazing (and reasonably priced) meal!
We were brought to the villa by a driver who knows the area.
Check In Out:
Everything went extremely smoothly! The manager had 3 extra people to carry our heavy luggage up all the hills and steps - thank goodness!

Jan, September

Enjoyed Most:
The views, space, amenities, staff.
Nearby Events or Locales:
The villa is located in Positano.
Tips or Restaurants:
Restaurant La Tagliata.
Figure out how the bus system works. We figured it out our last day and it made a difference with all the steps!

Kate, September

Exceptional. The staff was very accommodating.
Enjoyed Most:
The views.
Enjoyed Least:
The number of steps to the beach (actually back from the beach).
Surrounding Area:
The people, food, and views.
Nearby Events or Locales:
Positano. Walkable, yes--but a strenuous walk back.
Tips or Restaurants:
Let the chef (she is excellent) do your dinners. Have the staff do a pizza night using the outdoor pizza oven.
The directions were OK. The staff was waiting at the end of road for our cars and brought our bags up.
Check In Out:
They did a very good job.
