Located on a beautiful beach in Levanto, this spacious half of the pictured villa offers guests an idyllic rustic seaside escape and access to the Cinque Terre. Enjoy the panoramic views of the sea, or take the train to the Cinque Terre towns. The town of Levanto has great restaurants, so you head out into the town on foot, or eat in on your terrace.

Location Description

This villa is located right on the beach in the charming seaside town of Levanto. You are only 300 meters from the center of town, allowing you to explore sights, shops, and restaurants. For a memorable day trip, take a train from Levanto to the Cinque Terre – the famous 5 fishing villages located just south of Levanto. There are also hiking trails that connect from Levanto to Monterosso, as well as other towns and destinations.

Nearby Attractions: From Levanto you have access to the stunning towns of the Cinque Terre—Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza, and Monterosso al Mare. 40 km/25 mi away is La Spezia, another coastal town with stunning views, colorful cliff-side houses stacked upon one another, green forests, rolling hillsides, and the turquoise sea.

Exterior Description

Located right along a sandy beach in Levanto, this two-story villa (left side of the pictured villa) has two large terraces with panoramic views of the sea. There are accommodations for alfresco dining as well as easy beach access via a staircase and the promenade below. There is also parking spot for one car.

Interior Description

Only the left side of the villa is rented.
The villa’s layout allows guests privacy and the ability to spread out—there are two floors each with a kitchen and living accommodations. The furnishings are simple, appropriate for beach living.

Ground Floor: (Approx. 25 steps) Through the entrance you will find a spacious living room with access to the large terrace, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two double bedrooms on this floor; one with a 160 cm queen-sized bed, and one with a 160 cm queen-sized bed and a narrow 80 cm single bed (most suitable for a young person). There is a third, small bedroom with a narrow 80 cm single bed (most suitable for a young person). There are also two bathrooms on this floor.

First Floor: (Approx. 30 steps) A staircase leads to the second level of the villa, which has its own living room and terrace, dining area, along with a second kitchen. There is a bedroom with a 160 cm queen-sized bed and a narrow 80 cm single bed, (most suitable for a young person). There is an additional double bedroom with a 160 cm queen-sized bed. There are two bathrooms on this floor in addition to a small area in the living room, with a single sofa bed that can be arranged with a room divider upon prior request.
