The villa is a converted farmhouse that dates back to the 1800’s and was built using black lava stones common in the area. It was recently renovated and refurbished, and reflects a rustic elegance with antique furnishings. There are window screens in the bedrooms only.
Ground Floor: The ground floor is centered around a large living room with fireplace, sofas, armchairs, and books. There is a dining room with great views of the pastures. It has vaulted ceilings, terracotta tiles, a sideboard, and large dining table. The fully equipped kitchen has a fireplace, gas stove and oven, dishwasher, toaster, espresso machine, American coffee maker, and a table for 10. The kitchen also has access to the outdoors. There is a full bathroom on this floor with a shower, in addition to a large bedroom with a 180 cm king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a utility room with bicycles, fans, a cot, and highchair, along with two washing machines and an iron and board.
First Floor: (18 Steps) On this floor there is a large suite—that can also be directly accessed by an external stone staircase of 15 steps. This room has a 160 cm queen-sized bed, 2 armchairs, a fireplace, a studio with desk and bookshelf, and an en-suite bathroom with tub, shower, and bidet. The three additional bedrooms on this floor all have 160 cm queen-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms with bidets; two have showers, one has a tub and shower.
