There are also excellent pizzerias, mini-markets, and a discotheque.

Nearby Attractions: A short drive away, there's the lovely seaside town of Sorrento, which is famous for its limoncello (an alcoholic apertif) and inlaid wood - you can visit on of the workshops still in operation today to see this centuries-old craft in action. Other Sorrento attractions include the 10th century Basilica di San Antonio, which was build to honor the patron saint of navigators and still attracts sailors' offerings to this day. The 11th century Cathedral houses frescos and a bell tower with a ceramic clock. The "Sorrento Summer of Music" is also held at the cloisters from July to September, and features international musicians performing alongside of emerging talents. Customer Reviews

Overall we had a great time. Everyone had fun and the location was excellent.
Enjoyed Most:
The ability for the family to be so together and make wonderful memories. Also, the best meals we had that week were when Linda and Yolanda (the chefs) came to the villa and prepared meals.
Enjoyed Least:
We had an issue with some of the dining room chairs; I think they need to consider reviewing the furnishings and freshening things up a bit.
Surrounding Area:
The local restaurant La Torre was great. We ate their 3 times during the week and the family running the place was so kind and helpful.
Nearby Events or Locales:
We walked down to the marina several times and even arranged to take a private boat tour to Capri from the harbor there.
Tips or Restaurants:
We used the same shuttle driving service the whole time. We arranged for him to stop after he picked us up in Naples at a grocery store to stock up. It was a good decision.
We used the recommended shuttle service and they knew exactly where we needed to go.
Check In Out:
It was a fantastic trip.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at villa Dina. It definitely exceeded our expectations.
Enjoyed Most:
The large kitchen was perfect for 8 of us.
Enjoyed Least:
The separate bedroom on the ground floor. We had 8 of us staying at the villa but I didn't realize that there was no entrance into the house from the ground floor, only from the front door. It worked out ok, but they felt secluded from the rest of us when they had to go to their bedroom and in the morning. It was a little far to most things without a car. We did find the grocery store and Le Torre restaurant, but other than that, there was nothing around.
Surrounding Area:
The view of Capri!
Nearby Events or Locales:
Masse Lubrense. No it was not in walking distance and we did not have a car. We had to rely on drivers daily, so that wasn't a problem, just getting to the grocery store.
Tips or Restaurants:
We ate a a few good restaurants in Sorrento and I would highly recommend them. We had pizza at Le Lanterna, the best fire wood pizza we ever had, with many choices to pick from. I would also recommend Azzi. We had dinner there in Sorrento. The place is very very small, but we had excellent meals, including the cannelloni and lasagne. Delicious!
We had a driver and I'm so glad we did. Our driver did pretty good getting to the road, but passed the villa and we had to call the property owner so she could come out to meet us and flag us down.
Check In Out:
The check in/out process was very easy. We even had a very early departure and she was willing to come the evening before to check us out. Very accommodating. We also had a problem one morning with our hot water, and they were very receptive in getting it fixed. Within 2 hours someone was there to fix it.

Just lovely. Totally a beautiful experience.
Enjoyed Most:
The view and beauty
Enjoyed Least:
A place to walk for a variety of restaurants.
Surrounding Area:
Beautiful in so many ways
Nearby Events or Locales:
Yes, but just one small grocery story and one restaurant.
Tips or Restaurants:
Sorrento and if you have transportation, the better.
