Location Description

Mykonos is one of the most popular destinations of the Cyclades Greek Islands. The villa is located near some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, including Agios Sostis (a downhill walk, but a steep return). The town of Mykonos—called Chora Mykonos by locals—is lined with the characteristic whitewashed houses with brightly colored trim. Narrow winding streets lead to beautiful churches, cafes, restaurants, boutiques, souvenir shops, and jewelry shops. The town is also infamous for its white windmills perched on a hillside overlooking the city. There are also plenty of opportunities for fun seaside activities, such as snorkeling, diving, and windsurfing. The neighborhood of Little Venice offers trendy cafes and bars and a lively nighttime scene—in fact the island of Mykonos is known for its atmospheric nightlife that starts up as the sun sets! You will need to have a car to access the town and the beaches.

Nearby Attractions: If you feel up for adventure, you can hire a boat to go to Delos, a small nearby island filled with the crumbling ruins of an ancient religious center. Walk in the footsteps of the Gods on the nearby Island of through the remnants of the temples of Apollo, The altar of Dionysos, Cleopatra’s house, the theatre, and more. The island of Naxos has restaurants and many beautiful beaches—the winds make it an ideal stop for wind and kite surfing. Boats travel daily from Mykonos (except Mondays) to the islands of Delos, as well as Naxos, Ios, Santorini, and Crete.

(20 Steps) This traditional Cycladic villa is finished with the classic whitewashed interiors and exteriors with the sea serving as a backdrop. Positioned in the hillsides overlooking the Aegean, this private, fenced, villa is on a large plot 60 meters away from another rental villa (privacy is maintained). There is an enclosed garden, a terrace with table and chairs, a dining area and barbecue, a covered bar, a private pool (50m2), and sunbeds. There is also parking for 4 cars.

Interior Description

(270 m2/2,906 ft2)

Ground Floor: Through the entry there is a living room with Satellite TV and fireplace and (3 steps up) a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, American coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. The master bedroom is also on this level and has a queen-sized bed (160cm) and a separate bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

First Floor: (15 Steps) On this level there are three bright and spacious bedrooms which have spectacular views of the sea. The first bedroom has a queen-sized beds (160 cm). The second bedroom has a sitting area and a sleeping loft (12 steps) where the queen size bed is located. The third room has two single beds (100 cm, cannot be joined together). These rooms share two additional bathrooms.

Lower Level:This floor has its own separate entrance and includes a sitting room with stone-build single bed, a small kitchen, a bedroom with a stone-build double bed, and a bathroom.

• Air Conditioning: There is air conditioning in the bedrooms only.
• Owners offer free transportation to guests to and from the airport (once each way).
• There is an air-conditioned guesthouse on the property that can accommodate 3 additional guests for 200 Euro per night. Please inquire for details.
• While it is possible to walk to Agios Sostis Beach from the villa, the walk back is 500m uphill.
• You will need to have a car to access the town and beaches.
