- Location Description
This newly renovated villa stands in an elevated position, among other properties, above the coast at La Napoule with stunning sea views over to the bay of Cannes and the Cote d'Azur. La Napoule is approximately a 10 minute walk and has all the facilities for day to day living including, shops, pharmacy, doctor, and post office, plus bars and restaurants. It is also a short walk to the beach of La Napoule and a short drive from the stylish and famous resort of Cannes. If you don’t want to drive, take the train, located five minutes away in La Napoule, or, if feeling adventurous, Cannes can be reached on foot in about an hour! This location is perfectly suited for visiting the famous resorts of the Cote d'Azur including the village of Mougins, home to Picasso, St Tropez, and Nice, as well as Monaco and Italy.
Nearby Attractions: Les Nocturnes du Port, an artisanal night market, runs on the Port La Napoule esplanade on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 7pm to midnight during high season.

Offering panoramic views stretching to the bay of Cannes, this luxury villa offers a relaxing outdoor atmosphere. Well-tended gardens are overlooked by large wrap around balconies on both levels of the villa. The lawn has a large palm tree, citrus fruit trees, and an abundance of bushes and flowers. The villa’s infinity pool (13m long), which may be heated with advanced notice at an extra charge, has both an alarm and electric cover for added security. Situated around the pool’s terrace are several sun loungers and a pool shower. There are three outdoor seating areas and a gas barbecue on the balcony as well as table tennis. On the upper level balcony there is also a covered area with seating for 10 people. The property, which has electric gates, has a garage and parking spaces for up to five cars.

Ground Floor: The main entrance leads to a hallway furnished with a sofa and a staircase leading to the lower floor. A furnished drawing room has a 42 inch plasma TV with Sky TV, and a music system with CDs. Large sliding doors open onto the balcony with views across the bay of Cannes. A more formal sitting room is furnished with two sofas and an armchair. The dining area has a glass dining table and seating for six people with windows overlooking the garden. A lounge area has large sliding doors opening onto the balcony. From the hall, double doors lead to the large eat-in kitchen equipped with a table for six, a flat screen TV, two ovens, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and a coffee maker. Also on the ground floor is the master bedroom furnished with a king size bed (180 cm), wardrobes, a flat screen TV and sliding doors opening onto the balcony with views to the bay of Cannes and La Napoule harbor. It has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, shower unit and toilet and a separate cloakroom with a second toilet.
Lower Floor: The villa’s four additional bedrooms are on the lower floor. Bedroom two has a king size bed (180 cm), large wardrobe, bedside cabinets, sofa, and TV. Double sliding doors open on the balcony with views of the garden and the Bay of Cannes and an ensuite bathroom has a bathtub and shower unit. Bedroom three has a king size bed (180 cm), and similar furnishings as bedroom two. It has sliding doors leading to the balcony with views over the bay and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom four has twin Bateau beds (90 cm) and sliding doors opening to the balcony with views of the bay. It has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom five, opposite of bedroom four, also has twin Bateau beds (90 cm) with windows overlooking the garden. It has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower attachment. A dual purpose utility room/secondary kitchen is equipped with a sink, fridge/freezer, stove, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. At the end of the hallway, a door leads to the side garden and several steps lead up to the pool area.
