This property is comprised of two similar, semi-detached villettas, each with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Villetta 1:
There is an open plan living room with an L-shaped sofa, flat screen satellite TV, DVD player, free WIFI access, and air conditioning. The living room offers lake views and access to a covered lake view dining terrace. There is a dining area and an open kitchen with oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher. There is one double bedroom, a double bedroom with balcony, and a twin bedroom (beds can be joined on request) with balcony. There is one bathroom with tub with shower, a sink, WC and bidet. The second bathroom has a power shower, sink, WC and bidet. There is a hairdryer, washing machine and ironing facilities.
