The property is located less than 2 kilometers (roughly 0.9 mile away, or a 30-40
minute walk) from the center of Sant’ Agata sui due Golfi, a small town perched on a hill that has views of the coast, sea, and two bays nearby. Today it is best known for its church of the same name, the monastery of Deserto, and its archaeological ruins dating back to Etruscan times. Of course, there are also markets, shops, restaurants, and many walking paths away from the main roads. The nearest beach
is in Nerano, where there are also more restaurants. Sorrento is a short drive away, as well, and is great for a day trip. Here is where you’ll find a museum, music festivals from mid-September to mid-October, and various art galleries throughout the year. Shoppers, be sure to stop by Via S. Cesareo to browse craft stores, sweet shops, and clothing boutiques. Keep in mind that every Tuesday is the weekly street market. There are also cinemas, wine bars, and even a bowling alley to amuse you during your visit.

Sant’ Agata Sui Due Golfi is about a 30-40 minute walk from the villa, which is why a car is necessary. Walking can be achieved by following a private alley for about 800 meters and then following the main street to the center of the village.

Located on the Santa Maria della Neve hill, this charming villa is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, as well as private garden of lemon trees. Two terraces offer fantastic views of the sea and coastline. The first terrace has a swing, sun chairs, and a hammock. A summer kitchen has a barbecue, wooden table, electric oven, as well as a sink and the washing machine. An external staircase of 17 stairs leads to the second terrace which is furnished with a coffee table and chairs.
The private swimming pool (7m x 3m, open April to October), is surrounded by a terrace furnished with sun chairs, a garden sofa, an umbrella, and tables. There is a private parking area for cars (and there are no steps from the parking area to the villa!). A car is required.

Ground Floor: Entering in from the terrace, guests reach the living room, furnished with a single sofa bed (90 cm), a satellite TV, an air conditioning and heating unit. From the living room is the villas only bathroom with a shower, sink and WC. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, electric tea kettle, microwave, and American coffee maker. There is wireless internet.
Mezzanine Floor: Up ten stairs from the living room is the bedroom. It features a queen size bed (160 cm) and an air conditioning/heating unit.
