Exterior Description

Recently featured in Elle Decor’s April 2017 issue, Villa Letizia rises among pine trees and century-old cypresses to provide panoramic views from the grounds, terrace and grand windows. The estate’s grounds sprawl for 720 hectares (1200 acres), and the villa itself is surrounded by 7 hectares (17 acres) of manicured gardens, ancient statues, flowers and an Italian vegetable garden. On the grounds, you’ll enjoy an infinity swimming pool(6m2 x 11.5 m2, heated upon request)with sun loungers, a tennis court, an amphitheater, gazebo, and two outdoor alfresco dining areas.

Interior Description

A famous Italian designer revamped the interior space, combining modern facilities with authentic architectural structure, antiques and gorgeous furnishings. Each room has air conditioning and heating units.
Ground Floor: The entrance opens to two spacious living rooms providing sofas, armchairs, coffee tables and antique pieces. One of the living rooms features a fireplace, flat screen TV and a game table. A dining room hosts a table for 5, and an adjacent table provides seating for 10. The dining room features a fireplace, garden views, and access to an outdoor dining/relaxation area with a barbecue. Featured on this floor in addition is a spacious kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, juicer, Nespresso, Italian coffee maker, refrigerator-freezer, and dishwasher. A guest bathroom provides a sink and toilet. The master bedroom on this floor provides a king size bed (200cmx200cm), and an ensuite bathroom with hairdryer, sink, toilet, bidet, and shower. A utility room has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
First Floor: The first-floor hosts 6 bedrooms, each with flat screen satellite TV (English channels available) and CD player. The first bedroom has a king size bed (200cmx200cm) and ensuite bathroom with hairdryer, sink, toilet, bidet and shower. The second bedroom provides a king size bed (200cmx200cm) and an ensuite bathroom with hairdryer, sink, toilet, bidet, shower. The third bedroom provides a king size bed (200cmx200cm). The adjacent bathroom provides a hairdryer, sink, toilet, bidet and shower. The fourth bedroom offers a king size bed(200cmx200cm) and an ensuite bathroom with hairdryer, sink, toilet, bidet, shower, and tub. The two guestrooms each have two twin beds(80cmx190cm) and ensuite bathrooms with sink, toilet, and shower.
Mezzanine: The mezzanine hosts one bedroom with a queen size bed (160cmx190cm) and an ensuite bathroom with hairdryer, sink, toilet, bidet and shower.
Upper Floor (Tower): A grand living room is located on the top floor, the tower, providing a panoramic view of the countryside. It features 3 sofas, chairs and a coffee table.
