Exterior Description

Twenty-five acres of rural beauty, olive trees, vines and cypresses surround villa Moira. A pool, tennis court are also a part of the villa’s playground! Descend Roman steps into the infinity pool (17 m x 4.5 m x 1.4 m deep, unheated), open May-October. Relax in the travertine-paved sunbathing area equipped with deckchairs, sunbeds, tables, and hammock shaded by large umbrellas.

Interior Description

Main house (533m2)
Tuscan materials including stone, wood, and terracotta provide rustic texture which contrasts dramatically with the modern, high tech design of the rooms. Large windows throughout the villa showcase views of the rural countryside.
Ground Floor: The entrance opens to a living/dining area that features a fireplace, sofas, chairs, and a table for 16. A charming reading room offers a quiet perch and a view of the garden. This floor hosts two guest bathrooms with sink and toilet. A spacious kitchen provides a stove, 2 ovens, large refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher and is fully-equipped for staff use. The kitchen opens to a courtyard which features a barbecue and shaded area for al fresco dining. A travertine staircase leads to the first floor.
First Floor: There are two suites. Suite West hosts a sitting room with a fireplace, and two double bedrooms with queen size beds (170cm x 190cm) and ensuite bathrooms with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Suite East hosts a spacious sitting room with study, and two bedrooms one with a queen size bed(170 x 190 cm) and one with twin beds (80 cm x 190 cm). These two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. There is also a washing machine, dryer and iron.
Second floor: This floor hosts 4 junior suites with queen beds and a sitting/TV area. The beds in each suite measure 170 cm x 190 cm. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

Annex: A gym and wellness spa provides an exercise bike, weight bench, sauna, Turkish bath, and relaxation area.
