Location Description

Villa Romina is located on a wine producing estate near the city of Arezzo. Guests can taste organic wines cultivated on the 550 meters plateau. There is 1 more villa on the same estate - Villa Rachele. Once one of the most important Etruscan cities, today Arezzo is beautiful for an array of architecture spanning centuries, from Etruscan ruins to the Roman amphitheater and the Medici Fortress. The first weekend of each month brings a popular antique fair, while annually there is a festival called "Joust of the Saracens," where all of the citizens dress in medieval attire and knights representing each part of the city charge at a target representing a Saracen king. The area is also well-situated for day trips throughout Tuscany

Rolling countryside and fragrant vineyards surround this exquisite, two-story villa. Take in tranquil views while dining al fresco, or relax by the private pool (12x5 meters) open from May till end of September. This is the venue for the ultimate unwind! You won’t need to travel far to reach the nearest winery. An easy stroll just 150m from the villa will get you there!

Interior Description

Ground Floor: On the ground floor, there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which have a queen size bed (170 x 210 cm), and 1 that has a queen size bed (180 x 200 cm) that can be made into 2 twin beds (90 x 200 cm each) upon request. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The living room hosts a TV with English channels and plenty of comfortable seating. The dining room seats 8, and the kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster and tea kettle.

First Floor: The upper floor presents 3 double bedrooms, 2 of them with a queen size bed (170 x 210 cm) and 1 with a queen size bed (180 x 200 cm) that can be made into 2 twins (90 x 200 cm’s each, upon request). Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. One of the bedrooms has a fireplace, and is suitable for a disabled guest. The dining room on this floor seats 12. The living room has a fireplace, and the kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, espresso machine, tea kettle and a wood oven in which guests can make pizza and bread.
