Exterior Description

The villa enjoys an unrivaled panorama surrounded by acres of private land, including vineyards and olive groves. The spectacular view across the valley towards the Renaissance monuments of the cities of Lucca is to die for. Thanks to its exclusive position, on a typical clear day guests can admire the valley below and the whole landscape up to 40 km. On the clearest days the sea of Livorno comes into view. The grounds are spacious and perfect for reconnecting with nature. There is a private, lighted swimming pool (unheated, 14 m x 7 m x 1.5 m deep).

Ground floor: The very large, gorgeous ground floor hosts a sitting room with fireplace, a formal dining room, a kitchen with stove, refrigerator, oven and Nespresso machine, a small study with high definition satellite TV (with Blu-ray player and a private movie collection), an elegant and cozy air-conditioned bedroom with joinable twin beds (if joined they form a queen bed 160 cm x 190 cm), and a bathroom with sink, toilet, shower. Two panoramic verandas – the first one for dining, equipped with a stone BBQ and a spacious stone table, and the second one for relaxation, equipped with outdoor sofas – complete the ground floor.
First Floor: There are five air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished, have ample wardrobe space large windows with views. Bedroom 1: queen bed (160 cm x 190 cm) with ensuite bathroom with sink, toilet shower and tub Bedroom 2: queen bed (160 cm x190 cm) with ensuite bathroom with sink, toilet shower and tub. Bedroom 3, 4 and 5 have 2 single beds that can be joined to form a queen (160 cm x190 cm) and ensuite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.
