Lajatico is located about 50 km/31 miles southwest of Florence and about 40 km/25 miles southeast of Pisa. It is best known as the home town of tenor Andrea Bocelli. His annual concerts at the Teatro del Silenzio are attended by people from all around the world, every year.

Exterior Description

Villa Annalisa has a private unheated swimming pool that is 5m x 10m x 1.10m. The area has a private patio, and garden hedges provide a lovely privacy screen.

Ground floor: There is a living room with sofas, armchairs and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a table for 10, a refrigerator-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, American coffee machine, Espresso machine, kettle, and ironing board. There is a double bedroom with a queen bed(200 x 160 cm) and a bathroom with toilet, sink, washing machine and drying racks.
First floor: There are two bedrooms with queen size beds (200 cm x 160 cm). These bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. There is another double bedroom with a queen size bed (190 cm x 160 cm) and en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink and bidet. Finally there is a room with bunk beds (190 cm x 80 cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and bidet.
