Exterior Description

The property is surrounded by a beautiful garden that provides shade even on the hottest days.The villa is built on various levels following the natural landscape of the area and was designed in such a way that all the rooms face the sea. There is a large covered terrace that is furnished for dining "al fresco" as well as an additional sun-bathing area. The sea-water pool (4m x 7m, open April 14 - September 29, 2018) and sea access are shared with the villa next door. There is private parking for two cars.

Ground Floor: There is a large living-room with games table, double sofa-bed, and air-conditioning. There is a kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator and a dining-room with access to the large panoramic terrace. There is a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower, and a laundry room with washing-machine.
First Floor: There is a large living-room with view of the sea. There are two twin bedrooms each with two single beds (90 x 180) and en suite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. There is a master bedroom with a queen bed (160 x 180) with bathroom with sink, toilet, bath-tub and shower. All of the bedrooms have their own private balcony with sea views.
