The villa is located on the top of a hill from which it is possible to enjoy stunning views of the surrounding countryside. There are two buildings- the villa and an annex just a few meters away. Outside there is a large furnished loggia for eating “al fresco” with a barbecue and a fully working wood-burning oven. There is also a large swimming pool (6 m x 12 m, open April 14 - October 6, 2018) which is exposed to the sun all day long, with sunbeds and deckchairs. All around are beautiful views of the countryside.

Ground Floor: There is a spacious living room with fireplace and a dining room overlooking the garden, a well-equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, and a small breakfast room. There are two double bedrooms, each with bathroom with shower. There is a large spa with whirlpool bathtub, sauna, and bathroom with shower; There is also a billiard room and a laundry room with washing machine.
First Floor: (with access from the outside) There is a living room with fireplace, a dining room, and a fully-equipped kitchen with fireplace, oven, and dishwasher. There are six double bedrooms, each with bathroom with shower (one bathroom also has a bathtub).
ANNEX: There is a spacious suite with a living area, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
