The Casa Rosina is immersed in a large garden with palm-trees and camellias. This property is mentioned in several books about historical gardens in the area. The annex is in a position on its own and independent from the villa where the owners live who, incidentally, are delightful people, always ready to help if asked, speak English well and know how to respect your privacy.

This property is the annex of a well-known villa located on the Sorrento Coast. It is independent from the villa and guests have their own private area for al fresco dining. There is also a sun-bathing terrace. The beautiful garden has a swimming pool (10 x 10 m, open March 10 - October 6, 2018) which is occasionally used by the owners.

First Floor: There is a bedroom with a queen size bed (160x190 cm) and en suite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, and a another bedroom with queen size bed (160x190 cm) and separate bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

- The owners live in the main villa and respect the guests privacy, but are available to help if asked.
- On request parking is available at the cost of 70 euros per week.
- There is mandatory housekeeping which is provided 2 hours a day, 2 days per week for a fee of 130 euros per week.

- Upon arrival at the property you are required to pay to the property representative a security deposit payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. The listed security deposit is: 350 EUR
