Exterior Description

This elegant villa is built on a rock and features amazing views from each room of the villa. There is a private swimming pool with partial sea view, 6 sun beds and 4 beach chairs, a covered area with outdoor shower (cold & warm water), a guest bathroom with changing area, outdoor dining areas, and a large garden with fruit trees. There is a parking area with security cameras.

Interior Description

Ground floor: (3 steps up) There is a dining area for 8 people with access to a small outdoor dining area with umbrella. There is a well equipped kitchen with access a covered outdoor dining area. The living room has French windows opening to an outdoor covered terrace with table for 8 people. There is a TV room with sofa, large flat screen TV and access to a balcony. There is a guest bathroom with toilet and sink.
Lower Ground Floor: (11 steps down) There is a laundry area with washing machine.
(11 steps down): There are two bedrooms each with double bed (160cm x 200cm) and en suite bathroom with shower. These bedrooms have access to a balcony with sea view.
(14 steps up): From one of the double bedrooms there are 14 steps leading up to a bedroom with a bunk bed (90cm x 200cm), en suite bathroom with shower, balcony with sea view, and laundry room. There is a small room (no window) with French bed (140cm x 200cm), French door leading to a terrace, and en suite bathroom with small shower.
First Floor: There is a master bedroom with double bed (60cmx200cm), extra sofa bed and en suite bathroom with large shower.

• Housekeeping is provided each day (except Sunday) from 10am to 12pm; cleaning of the kitchen is not included and can be requested for an extra charge

• During the off season period, a maximum of 8 guests are permitted, and the small room with French bed is not available as it cannot be heated.
