Location Description

The villa is situated atop a magnificent hill near the ancient Tuscan village of Monsummano Alto. Views of the sea, mountains and valley stretch to the horizon. You’ll find some exquisite ancient archeological treasures here - the Church of San Niccolao, the Tower, and the remains of the Arch. You can also walk to La Foresteria, a wonderful restaurant with fabulous cuisine and unforgettable views. You might even opt to take a cooking class offered at the restaurant.

Exterior Description

The villa is a wonderfully preserved stone structure. Located hilltop, it mesmerizes with panoramic views from its glorious garden, private pool (6m x 4m, open mid April - mid October) and jacuzzi. Dining al fresco will take on a whole new meaning here. There’s outdoor dining furniture, and of course a BBQ!

Interior Description

Simply stunning. The modern interiors contrast with the ancient exterior. Every room provides windows with a view. The upper floor windows are constructed in the original openings of the late 1400s.
Ground Floor: The living space provides plenty of comfortable areas for reading or visiting. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality, modern appliances. The villa has 5 bedrooms, each with its own television and private ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The first bedroom has a queen size bed (160 cm x 195 cm). The second bedroom has a queen size bed (160 cm x 190 cm).
First Floor: There is a suite with a bedroom with a queen size bed (170 cm x 195 cm) and a smaller bedroom with two single beds. The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed (160 cm x 200 cm). The fifth bedroom has a king size bed (200 cm x 200 cm), which can be separated to form two single beds if needed.
