Location Description

This villa is conveniently located between Positano and Amalfi and is within walking distance of the village of Praiano which offers shops and restaurants. There is a public parking area 200 m from the villa.
Please Note:While the Amalfi Coast is beautiful and charming, it is also steep, with many uphill and downhill stairs and walkways. In general, it is an area that is not kind to those of us with knee or mobility issues. This should be considered before booking a property in this area.

This villa features a private swimming pool with panoramic sea views and outdoor furniture, a covered outdoor kitchen and dining area, and a bathroom with shower near the pool.

Interior Description

Ground Floor: There is a living room with fireplace and large TV, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower.
First Floor: (accessed via an elevator): There is a queen bedroom (160x 190) with panoramic sea-view and en suite bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. There is another queen bedroom (160x 190) en suite bathroom with toilet and sink (no shower), with direct access to the exterior stairs leading to the swimming pool.

• Housekeeping is provided each day (except Sunday) from 10AM to 1PM

• It is not convenient to have a car at this property. The nearest public parking is 1 mile away (approx. a 10 minute-walk). There is a drop-off spot 60 steps below the villa entrance and a few metered parking slots nearby but it is not convenient to leave a vehicle there long term. There is bus service from Positano and Amalfi to Praiano.
