There is a dining area with lake views, a study area, and separate kitchen equipped with a microwave, oven, stove, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, two wine fridges and a fridge/freezer. French doors open to the panoramic lake view terrace, which features a charming alfresco dining set. The master bedroom has a double bed, Juliette balcony, and en-suite bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom is suitable for children with a set of bunk beds and a single pull-out bed and two study desks. There is a family bathroom with bathtub, shower, sink, toilet, bidet, heated towel rack and washer/dryer.

Overall:
Excellent, great space, close to town. Spectacular view.
Enjoyed Most:
The furnishings were comfortable, there was plenty of space for 2 couples, and the outside deck was great. Easy walk to town.

Very easy to hop on a ferry and visit other towns.
Nearby Events or Locales:
By boat, Bellagio or Verenna.
Tips or Restaurants:
Get familiar with the ferry system and visit other Lake Como towns.

Overall:
It was wonderful. Check in was a breeze as was check out. The villa was quiet, clean and comfortable.
Enjoyed Most:
Proximity to town and the ferries. We were able to walk into Mennagio in about 5 minutes and take a ferry to all other places in the lake. No car necessary. Although we did have a car and took a side trip to Luango Switzerland
Enjoyed Least:
The kitchen was lacking in some basics. Paper towels, cleaning products coffee mugs etc.
Surrounding Area:
Views were outstanding from the deckveranda taking a ferry to Bellagio and Varena was so much fun. We could go over for the afternoon and be back to cook a meal and eat out on the veranda. Or just eat in town
Nearby Events or Locales:
We could walk to Menaggio center. But all other towns require the ferry or a car.

Good walking shoes!
