The nearest town to the villa is Gambassi Terme where you’ll find a few shops, restaurants, and markets. Just 10 kilometers away is the hilltop town of San Gimignano. As one of the most visited towns in Tuscany, it is known for its rich history dating back to the Etruscan times. It is full of life and things to do. Popular attractions include the famous towers, the 12th century Duomo, the People's Palace, and several museums dedicated to artwork and archeology. There are also plenty of wine tasting tours, art galleries, shops, and delicious restaurants. Numerous celebrations and gatherings are held every year including a music festival featuring theater, ballet, and opera performances, and a Medieval Harvest festival where the people of San Gimignano dress up as knights, play medieval games, and have tournaments. Of course, you'll also want to visit Florence and Siena during your trip.

Surrounded by a park with two lakes, the hamlet is composed of 14 apartments. There are two shared swimming pools, one for adults (20m x 15m) and one for children (6 m diameter). Parking is available within the property grounds.

Ground Floor: There is a large living room with two armchairs, double sofa bed, and satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
First Floor: There are three double bedrooms (can be made as twin beds on request), each with private bathroom.
There is a private terrace with table, chairs, sun umbrella, and a nice view.
